The customer service at Gearbox is amazing! Victoria met us on her day off to give us the van and encouraged us to call with any problems, no matter the time. They also allowed us to extend our trip very easily!

The van was also incredible. We were able to run the AC off of solar and even overnight when needed. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for our trip included in the van. Our dogs also loved it! I have two very minor complaints with the van itself; it was difficult to keep bugs out since there aren't screen doors, and the cabinets sometimes opened while driving. These were not big enough to detract from our experience, rather, just points Gearbox could improve upon. The van was easy to drive and park, similar to a pickup truck or suburban. It was a fun trip and I would definitely book again!

Excellent experience! Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. All equipment worked well and support while traveling was invaluable. Loved having the van for ease of getting to sights and the convenience of having everything with you. Highly recommend for your next adventure.

Great van- very capable on the rough backroads of Capitol Reef NP. Remarkably easy to drive on the highway. Carried ALL the gear and was super comfortable and roomy. The whole team was really helpful on the phone and in person with being sure we understood how to use everything. Great experience!

Incredible experience. My husband and I drove from Birmingham to Utah in 10 days. Was beyond comfortable for two dogs and two adults. Outfitted with everything you could possibly think of. Unmatched customer service, even answered on a Sunday afternoon! Bed was comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space and storage. The “Matterhorn” vehicle drove and rode very well. Never had to hook up to shore power. Will not hesitate to rent from Gearbox again!

Absolutely wonderful! We rented Craig's Alice in WonderVan for a week and drove it down to Panama City, Florida. It was incredible to be able to park and camp anywhere we wanted, and to travel with our "home" up and down the gulf coast without having to worry about detaching/ hooking up an unfamiliar camper. The van is super self-sustainable, with water, mini-kitchen, and self-powered battery that will last seemingly forever! We're itching to get down south again for another adventure!

Amazing experience! The Mad Hatter was our home for the weekend as we explored North Georgia. Super easy to drive, capable on rough gravel roads, and very comfortable. Whether you’re contemplating VanLife, looking for a cross country trip, or want a unique weekend getaway, you HAVE to check our Gearbox. Craig and his team are so friendly, and do a great job of making sure you’re comfortable in your van. The attention to detail (from the booking process, to the layout of the vans) makes a huge difference. You don’t feel like you’re renting a cookie cutter van from a “rental company.” I truly felt like I was borrowing a van from a friend for the weekend. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a great time visiting our daughter at college and doing a Civil Rights Tour. We rented the white rabbit and it fit all four of us comfortably. Craig and Victoria were super helpful and promptly responded to all our questions from the road. This trip was suppose to happen in spring 2020 but had to be put on hold (like all plans!). Craig held our deposit and helped me make the trip finally happen! We love van life!

Our adventure van was just perfect for the Rock the South weekend!!! I am *NOT* an avid camper and appreciate comfort! This was the absolute best solution for camping at the concert venue! Very easy to drive even when you’re used to a smaller car. I plan on this every year! Would highly recommend! Again, I am not a knowledgeable camper and this was the easiest to maneuver!
