Garland Design Group is helping us with rebuilding our house after the Marshall Fire in 2021. They couldn't have been more helpful to us in some of our hardest times. My wife and I have completely different tastes when it comes to aesthetics and how we want to decorate our home. Susan took our disparate tastes and found a middle ground where we are both happy. They have been prompt on getting us schemes and information and are always helpful when it comes making choices when we are stuck. Susan is always available to talk and has taken over much of the communication that we don't have the time to handle. Their choices for our house have been within our budget and she has never pressured us to get something more expensive. In 2021 we purchased a 20 acre vineyard in Palisade Colo. The property and 1980 farmhouse were run down and needed major remodel and repairs. Our Architect recommended Susan for assistance in the overall design of the house, internal design as well as her extended expertise on landscape. Unfortunately during the time of Covid getting anything accomplished was very difficult, our Architect and GC backed out of the project. Susan stepped in and assumed multiple roles of the design and construction. Without her assistance we wouldn't have completed the house and phase 1 of our landscape. We now have a beautiful modern ranch style home and pool in the middle of a vineyard! Susan And Preston are amazing, go well above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied and happy with your project. We look forward to working with them on our second phase of the property, more landscaping and a new barn.
