Absolutely 5 star everything from the Owner ,to the staff (bartender and manager)even the security. Everything turned out perfect for our event. I’m an Event coordinator, I rent out venues at least 5-6 monthly. I have never in my 8yrs in my profession experienced , such a clean professional accommodating establishment. I’m so excited I found this place can’t wait to do another event here. G314Chi

I would not recommend doing business with the owner Dana. We booked an engagement party with him 01/13/2023 and paid in full as a promotion for an open bar for 3 hours. Approximately 30 days before our event, he informed us that the location was shut down and he was working on opening another event venue. At this time, he offered to transfer the original venue contract to the new one; he ALSO stated that he would refund our payment in full, if he was unable to secure the new venue in time for our event. A few days later, we were informed that our event was effectively canceled, due to Dana being unable to secure the venue, supposedly “it would not be ready in time.” At that time, he informed us that he would send the deposit back in 5-10 business days. However we expressed disdain at the refund process, and we requested he return the funds back in the same method it was sent. We still needed to rebook our venue with said funds. He sent a text stating our funds would be returned no later than 07/06/2023. Today is 07/12/2023 we not received ANY refund at this time. He has officially stopped answering phone calls and texts from not only us but our mutual associates to resolve this issue. We are looking into legal action at this time. REMINDER: The original cancellation message occurred on 6/16/2023 and is still pending! I would not recommend booking with Dana at ANY venue.

We utilized G314Chi for our corporate holiday party this month and had a great experience! Dana was super easy to work with, professional, and accommodating. The space has a unique industrial-city vibe, perfect for an up-scale cocktail reception. We received many compliments from our guests. We have already recommended the venue for other events and look forward to working with them again!

We had an event at this establishment on Saturday afternoon and it was phenomenal. The owner Dana is professional and accommodating. The manager was very nice and easy to talk to; not to mention the location is perfect and the venue is beautiful! I will definitely be using Galleria 314 (G314chi) in the future.

G314chi is a beautiful space conveniently located in the South Loop. I'm the Executive Director of a hospital's foundation and we utilized the space for our year-end fundraiser. It was roomy enough where we were not cramped, yet intimate enough to effectively engage our donors. The decor is pleasing and booking was an ease - the G314chi team was response and ensured the night was problem free.

We'll definitely be renting again for future events.

The event location is beautiful, unfortunately working with management was less than ideal. Prior to the event, the owner was great and accommodating to my schedule and very understanding when it took me sometime to finalize the event date and contract. However, as soon as I paid the money for our event, the owner went MIA on me. We hosted our event 2 months ago, and I’ve still not received our refundable deposit back. I’ve texted, called, emailed, and reached out to them on all social media platforms with no resolution. After several weeks, I got one message stating that the owner was out of country, but would be refunding my deposit by the following Monday-that was 3 weeks ago. The venue is not worth all the hassle of chasing them down-there are plenty of other places in Chicago who are more professional and trustworthy.

This location was amazing, friendly, modern and inviting, and all the staff was so helpful. There is plenty of street parking.We can’t wait to have another party/event here.
