Since being in a wheelchair since December of 2022 there isn't any place that I have found that I could go and have fun with my grandkids that was wheelchair accessible. And not only did my grandkids have a great time so did I! Everybody there did. I can't get my wheelchair on The Sandbar or over rocks and dirt and debris or down narrow man-made pads to Creeks or rivers or anything like that I'm usually just stuck doing nothing. So thank you Batesville for putting in the splash pad. It not only created something new and different but it made it possible for a woman in a wheelchair to have fun too. And that's why I loved about it I could get my wheelchair in there and I got wet I probably played in every water thing they had there. I was soaked but I was happy!
