This was one of my fastest vehicle purchases ever. No hassle and no back and forth. We were given a very good price and good money for our trade-in. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and kind. He took care of everything very fast. The sales manager came to us with a no hassle price and didn't try to nickle and dime us. All staff were very nice. The finance manager was very helpful and kind. He had us in and out of there the fastest ever. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Future Kia. Our sales associate Hector was kind, courteous, and efficient. He was straightforward and very knowledgeable. Our finance manager, Victor made the paperwork process very smooth and gave us up-sale options, but did not pressure us. He encouraged informed decision making and helped us secure our family vehicle.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. The whole experience from test driving to financing went very smooth. Our salesman, Hector, was very accommodating. He was happy to allow us to test drive all the vehicles of our choosing. The dealership itself was very clean, welcoming, and conveniently located off the highway. No high pressure sales tactics were utilized during our visit which was a relief. I’ve been to other dealerships, and had to walk for this reason. Financing was a breeze as well. The sales manager was very thorough in doc preparation and breakdown. This dealership has earned my respect and future business.

Steven is really fantastic, he isn't a snake oil sales man, but very informational and easy to have open discussions about all aspects in the car buying process. He helped us get all the bells and whistles we could have dreamed of, and made sure we got the best deal possible. He made the whole process easy and treated as like people and not another commission. We couldn't be more pleased. He even let us keep all the stickers on the inside on so we could have fun removing them. Such a great experience, and we feel confident in the aftercare and maintenance and warranties. Highly recommend ?

The service here has gone downhill. I always get my oil changed at this location, but this time was disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM. When I arrived, I was informed that the staff goes to lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, but I wasn’t told this when I made the appointment.

By 2:00 PM, I started wondering what was taking so long, so I decided to call and check on the status of my car. I was told that it was ready, meaning I had been waiting for no reason. The advisor had assured me that he would call as soon as my car was ready, but he didn’t.

To make matters worse, the complimentary car wash wasn’t completed—again. This is the fourth time this has happened. Why offer a service if it’s not going to be delivered?

I’ve never complained before, but today I was extremely upset with the service I received. This place needs new management or serious changes.

Had to make my appointment a month out but the communication was great, JR was super helpful, and his customer service was awesome! They took care of my cars’ Recall, ignition Security update, and Low Pressure Fuel Pump. Oh and I didn’t know they do a courtesy wash lol. Definitely recommend this place!
