Captain Todd is absolutely hands down is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone! Great with the kids. Great with knowledge. I am obsessed with history he even went in with that with me. Not one time was my teenager bored. Which is very easy for her nowadays. But not today not with captain Todd! Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be returning for him! You can tell he cares a lot about his customers we were definitely treated like family today. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my little family. We appreciate you captain Todd!

Captain Todd was a fantastic tour guide and customized our trip! We had a late lunch at Cabbage Key and then took a boat ride to a sand bar where we found lots of wildlife!! Starfish, Crabs, Rays, so many pods of dolphins. It was an incredible experience and he was so easy and kind to work with! We will definitely book future trips with him!

Captain Todd was a great captain and offers a great experience. We were able to find starfish, crabs, caught a few fish, and spotted a few dolphins while out for a cruise. We stopped at Cayo Costa to walk the beach and look for shells. We found a ton of shells and a few sand dollars. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great time on the water. He’s enjoyable to be around and makes sure everyone is having a good time on board.

We had a fantastic day out with Captain Todd!
Guided boat charters are part of nearly every vacation we take in this area and our excursion with Funshine was the best we’ve ever had
Captain Todd seems genuinely friendly, super knowledgeable about the area and ALL the sea life and little “critters”. He seemed to really enjoy interacting with our family- was fun and patient with the kids (two teens and a 10yo can be a tough crowd but he got everybody into the action and laughing).
His boat is clean, well equipped with
water toys, great fishing gear, cooler, plenty of room to move and get comfortable
I can’t say enough good things!
If we had more time on this trip, I’d book a second full day. Funshine will be part of our next trip down!

Captain Todd is just who you need for an enjoyable charter. He took us on a great cruise from North Captiva to Captiva and back. We enjoyed dolphins, jumping in the wake, and he regaled us with all sorts of local lure in history. It’s great too that he only does one charter per day, so you are never rushed. Book Captain Todd and you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great day on the water with Captain Todd. We got to see dolphins and manatees, and did some shelling. He is such a nice guy and is very knowledgeable about the ecology of the area. If you want a great boat trip get with Captain Todd at Funshine. We highly recommend him.

My mom and I went on a shelling tour yesterday with Captain Todd. We had the best time. Captain Todd is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We even got to see dolphins jumping out of the water right beside our boat. It was a wonderful time and he will be our only choice for all our boating activities when we come back!!!!
