Made a long day trip for a kids b day party. This is our 2nd time here for the yearly celebration. Fun for the kids, staff upbeat and the place is well kept. Food was better quality than most. Definitely recommend for something to do with your family or for a special event.

This is a pretty cool spot. The staff are really friendly And chill. We ended up going two nights in a row because we arrived very late on the first night. It is expensive so be forewarned.
I'm the kind of parent who normally avoids other parents at all costs but Oddly enough, I spoke with other parents there and even they were super chill. It was a great experience all around. The only reason why I give it four stars is because of the cost.

The facility had a lot of different attractions that were included with your ticket (if you purchased the package type deals) which was great for our 5 year old as well as our 13 & 15 year old teen boys!

I absolutely have to shout out the two girls that were working the climbing activities because they were fantastic! Both were so sweet and so helpful with our kids and us big kids (myself and my husband 😆).

Had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a great time! 5 kids between 3 and 8 and there was something for everyone to do. We definitely filled the full 2 hours. The bumper cars were especially a hit. A little pricy, but we were not disappointed.

What a terrible experience. We took our son and his friend there and chose to jump for about two hours. It got to a point where Brandon one of their associates was super rude with the kids and with my wife. The kids did not want to go back after an hour. My wife explained to one of the associates about Brandon‘s behavior. He followed up…..with we get that all the time, he’s just a miserable person. So the company knows that about this particular associate yet they continue to employ him or correct the behavior. This is unacceptable behavior, especially with what all these kids have going on nowadays. These places are intended for children to unwind not be treated this way. I would go somewhere else if you’re looking to enjoy a day with the kids or at least ensure Brandon is not there.

The kids loved this place. It had plenty of stuff to keep them busy. Arcade games, bumper cars, climbing walls, and a ropes course. It kept them busy. It would be nice if it wasn’t only two hours at a time.

I had no idea this place even existed until I went to help supervise my sons best friends birthday celebration and boy did they have a BLAST! They have trampolines everywhere, indoor (multi-level) play areas, slides, a ninja warrior course (which is pretty hard btw), VR games, bumper cars, volcano & climbing walls plus a toddler area which is so cute. They have different packages to choose and purchase. From Silver to Gold to Platinum and Unlimited, they also have toddler packages. The prices they offer for what you can do for the time allotted is reasonable. I do recommend you check this place out. It’s not just for the kids either, Adults will have a good time too. This place is for the whole family. Just what the Hadley/Amherst area needed. I WILL BE BACK!!

My kids absolutely love this place. So much different things to do. It's definitely worth paying the extra to able to do the longer time/exclusive activities.
