Please read this honest review and recognize I write lots of reviews. I had held off on coming here based on all the negative reviews. Those reviews couldn't be further from the truth and I took pictures to prove it.

The staff is lovely and welcoming. Almost had a family feel to it. People commented it was dirty with poor equipment ...Wrong everything is brand new and super clean. I even documented via picture an employee constantly vacuuming with an Dyson even the tiniest spots.

We got there early before crowds and birthday parties really kicked off. My daughter played from 10.30am- 12.30pm and they have a January special of $25 for two hours.

Do not hesitate about safety or cleanliness. It is great. It's cold outside and there is so much for kids to do here! My daughter's favorite was the tube slide with a ramp into an inflatable.

One suggestion is they might need more seating or benches for parents on busy days.

Took my children yesterday 3-26 and they had a very great experience. I recommend for children under 10 to get the most experience of the park. I took my 14 year old and he did get bored, but he met some other kids his age and started a dodge ball game. But the other amenities they have are perfect for 10 and under. My 8 year old and 4 year didn't want to leave. They have bench tables, they do sell chips and drink but that's it..other parents had lunch there from a local portillos and Chick-fil-A, so bring your own snack and food if you will like. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean and the price was very reasonable . The hour and half was perfect for us. We traveled from the city and I don't regret the hour commute because of the great experience we had. I didn't have to pay to follow my kids around. So that was a plus, thank you funcity for the fun activities.

Great for the kids and adults to have fun with them. The equipment needs some TLC and a more attentive management. The staff are all high-school kids, and they do ok and are very nice. For the price, I wish the equipment was in better shape. The kids had a great time, so it was all worth it.

This place didn’t fail!!! It’s has something for everyone to have a great time. It gets really busy during the weekends but it clears out after 6pm. You can purchase your tickets online as well as complete your wavier to save yourself some time.

I’m not for sure what the bad reviews were about. The place was well staffed. Employees were actively moving around. It was a busy Saturday, but things were in working order, and areas that needed supervised were well attended. Also, impressed with how clean the space was as well.

My kids had a great time here. Good price. Not too crowded. No wait for zip line or slides. Clean and lots of nice staff to help the kids.

As a parent of a visually impaired child, I was hesitant to attend. I obtained socks and a bracelet so I could have same access as my son. WE HAD A BLAST! Ample space to enjoy and my favorite is where only 1 person per space for jumping.

I was hesitant to go here after seeing how fast it got shut down once it originally opened due to not meeting safety regulations. We were invited to a birthday party on Saturday afternoon, I thought about not taking him, but I wanted him to have fun with his friends so I brought him here. When we first got there, there was a small line to register, Then, when I got to the desk, the manager was training every single person up there and so the employees didn’t really know how to use the computers- But that didn’t bother me because obviously everybody has to train and learn. Everything was going fine, the kids had a lot of fun- even though my son got hurt going down one of the slides. But then when he was doing wall climbing, I was watching him and then I heard something fall to the ground and I heard my kid scream. I had him come back down from the top of the wall. One of the bolts for the wall fell down to the ground. I showed the employee by us and he couldn’t care less. I went to go say something to the manager, I waited for around 10 minutes, he was so overwhelmed with trying to help every single employee behind the desk that I just gave up. They should probably do another safety check- and get better management, or train when they’re not open. It was pure chaos, don’t think we’ll be returning.
