No return phone call or text. Really piss poor if I give this a negative

According to my wife, we received nothing. I tried to call myself & only got a machine instead of a human. I was told your company was good but was lied to on that. Instead of fixing the problem you want me deleted & will not serve me. Now everyone can see this. Learn customer service & get some classes on it. I never had issues like this but when the truth hurts, all business just say. We aren't going to serve you now so there. Great job. Have blessed day

I recommend this company to anyone in need of car services. TheY made my Mother's birthday this past weekend one of the most memorable. The driver was one time, professional, personable, and really made the day great. I booked my reservation with Richard who was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. Richard was very diligent in making sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be using them again very soon. Thank you so much.

Arrived 15 minutes early to the house to pick us up. The limo driver was so sweet and such a gentleman. Really another great experience from this company. Every time I contact FTS I am treated with great customer service. The limos are always clean and so shiny. Thank you FTS for being so reliable!!!

Used FTS recently for my friend's birthday and we had the absolute best time! The limo was spotless and so comfy. Our driver was early and was the most friendly person, which is a big deal to me. Never really cared for limos until my experience with FTS and I'll definitely be using them again. Thanks FTS!!

I had an amazing night in the limo with my friends. There was a friendly chauffeur and the limo was beautiful, inside and out! The chauffeur was professional and courteous. We loved the experience of riding in a clean, fresh, and new limo. It was a great night all thanks due to FTS Limousine. 10/10 would do again.

Had a wonderful time to and from a party in Jacksonville. The FTS Limo service made it even better. Had a fully stocked bar and music of all kinds. I think the limo ride was even more fun than the party. Driver was a great guy and really helpful. Thanks to FTS, will be calling you again soon!

Prompt, professional service. The limo looked great, the driver arrived before our pickup time and instantly gave an executive experience. The driver was courteous, the interior of the vehicle was very clean making the overall experience top notch. Definitely recommend for any type of trip. I am looking forward to doing business with FTS in the near future.

I highly recommend FTS Limousine. Mr. Richard and his crew were Awesome. I had one of Mr. Richard's drivers come pick my little girl and myself up for a Daddy Daughter Date and made her feel like a Princess that she is.
