Okay love this place!!! They took me in with no boat driving experience and trained me until they were comfortable with my boating skills and then let me loose on my own! I've been with freedom for 12 years, 8 of them in Portsmouth; I'm currently in California. Portsmouth is an amazing Freedom location with knowledgeable, helpful and kind people. They've got nice clean boats and they make everything easy. A+++

Met with Andy and I was very impressed. He is top notch and was one of the reasons I decided to join Freedom Boat Club!! I can't even imagine owning my own boat when I can just jump on a boat, enjoy the water, and then just hop off and walk to my car!!! No maintenance, storage fees, boat insurance, and all the other expenses that come with boating! Just talk to Andy and you'll be on the water and enjoying life!

Freedom Boat Club provides a great way for Hampton Roads residents to really take advantage of the lifestyle this area has to offer. As someone who has had to deal with the “joys” of boat ownership including maintenance, repairs, and having one almost sink, this is by far a way better alternative. Save yourself some money, and skip the boat purchase. FBC is definitely a much better route, and the ease of use is incredible! And you won’t find a more knowledgeable, friendly crew to take care of you, than Andy, Nate, and Summer!

Our boat ride along the Seacoast of Maine and NH was absolutely beautiful! The boat was very clean and the staff at the boat club were so helpful when we departed the dock and again when we arrived back after our 4 hour boat ride😊. It was a beautiful evening for sure🌄🚤
