Trash!! Service they have old buses they make you pay in order for the Mexican border won’t bring your luggage down 🙄 and if you refuse to pay they catch a attitude even tho if you pay they still bring down the luggage which is ridiculous!! If you decide to come back with them don’t they will leave you waiting they said they were picking up at 9am from what ever stop they tell you and it’s past 2 hrs no one has show up and no answer they even disconnected they phone line! Trash trash service!!!

I take my dad here every time he wants to go to Mexico and so far it’s been pretty good. The phone customer service could be better as they sometimes take forever to answer and when they do they sound far away from the phone so I have a hard time hearing what they’re saying. They are on a narrow street so parking is a hassle but overall they’ve been good to travel with and well sending my dad through here lol.
