Nice place to walk especially during the warmer months of spring and summer. Walking paths are paved and mostly flat with benches spread out along the paths. Plenty of grassy areas to set up a picnic blanket for a more relaxed activity or to have the kids run around. The only thing I had a slight issue with was ants crawling on my picnic blanket when I went here a couple of summers ago (there were a lot and they were very small which made it hard to see them).

Bird Park has always been regarded as a great outdoor recreational space. I am blessed to live close by to enjoy all seasons. Nature has a way of bringing you to zen and this park proves the same!

Love it here every season! Summer is best, but beautiful all year round. Great for walking. Nice playground for little ones. Lots of areas with paths.

Lovely park and great for long walks or even a short bicycle ride if you aren't good with car traffic and need to practice your biking skills (like me). Has a nice enclosed area for kids with several little trikes and cars for them to use and lots of large grassy areas to play with friends or your kids. They even have events there like food trucks or cover bands. Even a few tennis and basketball courts

Beautiful and well maintained park. Great mix between paved paths and gravel. My pup approves as well.
People are generally good at keeping their dogs on leash the times I’ve visited.

Nice place to go for a walk. Has some forested walkways. Level walking paths that are well maintained and ready to walk on. Play area for children, too. Dog walking is permitted but cleanup after pet is mandatory. The park has a pretty water feature with fountain in the center.

One of our favorite parks in Walpole. So much to do for the families and kids. Wide area to fly kite, have a picnic. Kids def love the playground and the vehicles playground! My son and I brought our bikes and scooter last time too which was fun!
I always see kids’ sports practices here. People run/ walk with their dogs too!
