I have flown with Fox air dozens of times and shipped freight with their company numerous times. They have always been professional and easy to use. Freight arrives quickly. Charters and scheduled flights go out on time (if the weather allows it. But that happens with all rural Alaska flights). Overall I have always had a great experience with Fox air. They have a nice new terminal too.

Poor customer service skills with pilots and some front desk clerks.
For a charter that was done a couple of days ago, there was actually someone in the plane when my coworker and I were picked up. after taking off from our pickup site, they actually flew another community to drop off that passenger with his totes then brought us back to Bethel afterwards.
I assumed when a charter is setup, it is a direct flight from that requested community to the destination instead of dropping/picking up from other communities.

Bush plans travel that almost makes sense.
Fox air has always been professional and easy to work with. Flexibility in their schedules and a positive happy energy in a bussiness that is hard to run.
I've been limited to probably 5 trips (so far) with Fox and hope to use them more often going forward.

I had a flight scheduled in the AM for a week. Guess what, they're 3 hours late because the lady owner assumed I had an evening flight from Bethel to anc. She had me miss my afternoon flight bc of her dumb assumption. No call to make sure.
Made my traveling longer. I'm a single mom with a chronic peds daughter. Whatever Fox Air.

Sat here all day. No bathroom working. Too lazy guy told us to walk somewhere else to use the bathroom. Couldn’t even get an update on flight status so that we could order food. Snobby guy
