As others have mentioned there was a strong odor of mildew and maybe old cigarettes in our room. We’d been walking all day and didn’t have other options so dealt with it but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean the new housekeeper is very accommodating and very friendly and owners are a very sweet hard-working couple I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends come stay at the Fowler inn it is a very beautiful part of fowler and the rooms are remodel and decorated beautifully I love staying there and never saw a single bug or had any issue with mildew or mold smell as everybody else complain about nor did I ever feel unsafe or see any druggies win win for me and my family

Owners are amazing. Helped replace my tire. Rooms are smaller but not too small exactly what you’d expect from a small town! Room are clean and we didn’t notice the smell others talked about in other reviews. Would stay again if I needed too!!!

Have been here many times in the eight years Heather and Scott have owned it! They are the best people here always! You cannot find places of peace and safety everywhere. This place is one place you should check out. On the outskirts of Pueblo. The town of Fowler is full of exceptionally great people!

Do not waste your money on this place. Nasty smell right when we entered into our room. Found tons of black mold in the bathroom. No hot water. Flies and dead bugs all over the place. Air conditioning helped a bit but it didn’t get cooler than 80 degrees. Owners don’t seem like they’re here so they might not know how bad the state of the rooms are. They communicated with us through a doorbell camera.

We stay here when ever we make the 100+ mile trip. It's a clean and unique place. We may have stayed in more than half the rooms and not a one is alike. All clean and all roomy enough for our belongings and not crowded. The manager is exceptionally nice and seems to always have a room for us...even at 2am. When we r too tired to continue driving. Thanks to the welcoming and professional staff! We appreciate it.

STAY AWAY!!!!
I just wanted to unwind and relax. The room smells like mildew but I thought "it's only one night, I can do this".... Until I saw the Cockroach in the bathroom. I couldn't do it, so I packed up and drove to a motel in Pueblo.
On my way home from vacation I decided not to post a review and damage a small business, but instead to call the motel to inform them of this issue so they could fix the problem. I wasn't requesting my money back or any type of compensation for my inconvenience. I just wanted them to fix it for future guests.
I have NEVER been tested so poorly. The lady I spoke with first tried to tell me I didn't stay at her Motel, but I have a hand written receipt, she found my reservation and said I was in room 17. Then she requested pictures and I gladly sent them and was told that the picture is not from her motel. She called me a liar and threatened to sue me for slander if I wrote a bad review lying about her business.
After being mistreated I felt I had to post and hopefully keep others from a bad experience.
