The Trumann franchise is awful! Very poor customer service and poor quality food. Wait time for order is usually very long. Have visited 3 or 4 times and each time is a bad experience. I don't know how they stay open. On one visit I went in to order and left because could not get service. Employees talking and ignoring customers. On my last and final visit, I ordered a large potatoes with my order. The potatoes literally looked as someone had eaten out of it with a spoon and it was almost half empty. I will never visit again and encourage others to go elsewhere for food!!!!

My husband and I do business with this company and we have not been disappointed. We get paid every time we send the invoice in a very timely manor. We have the trust from them that a business should working for someone. We feel like we are treated and respected by our profession, and we are grateful for the great business/customer relationship we have.

Their Taco Bell location on Caraway in Jonesboro, AR is the worst food establishment I have ever encountered in my life. Wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous and then you’re met at the window with attitude and a complete disregard for doing a good job or the fact that they’re handling abs responsible for food that people are looking forward to. I work in the food industry and the fact that ownership is completely aware and does nothing is a slap in the face to the community it serves.

Taco Bell on Caraway Rd. NEVER AGAIN. cashier and friends hanging out at the counter another person draped over the counter at the other end flirting with one of the employees. Manager standing there not saying a word. Had to order by kiosk because you couldn't get to the counter because of the socializing. Took half an hour to get our food.

I enjoy eating at kfc though I have not for quite some time now. It seems everytime I go to this restaurant they are always out of something. But instead of telling me i an notified after I pay and have to wait many minutes. U always ask for a refund and go somewhere else. This may not seem like a big deal but today it was chicken. How can you be out of chicken on a Saturday at 5pm? The last time it was pot pies...same situation. And a few times before that going back almost 6 months. Luckily there is a Sonic across the street. Tonight however was the last straw and though I am sure there are others that receive the same I will still be speaking out about this whenever and wherever I can. This is the KFC in Trumann Arkansas.

Restaurant location #52 Shelby Dr Memphis needs Corporate attention ASAP!! Very dirty and unstocked in the lobby. Saw a roach in the lobby, employees playing on their phones instead of filling condiments and cleaning the lobby. Manager stayed in office the entire time not acknowledging any customer. Place needs to clean house, sad reputation for customer service in the food industry.

Inconsistent, inconsiderate, don't.give a damn about nothing or nobody but themselves... Every single.fowler.food establishment I've come across. What kind of example.are they leading in the food industry, what kind of.things are they teaching and training as the working class look for a quick hot.meal... this bothers me... And I blame it on the big guys sitting around in their offices, ignoring the customers cries for change..
