I live here what can I say the board is great group of people the pool excellent the safety very good and as far as the condo itself you get to pick out your own so you know what you're getting great value on condo to couldn't have picked a better place to live my retirement years out

Have lived here about 5years safe clean nice our cable is included in our monthly fee for basic we have a clean pool area we have a laundromat right on the premises and a beautiful Clubhouse prices for these condos in Bayshore 4 are very reasonable just check them out sure you'll love it almost all my neighbors are great in my building to

Too many smokers, unfortunately. We Northerners are really not accustomed to smoke billowing on our lianis!!!! Inconsiderate people. They should smoke in the parking lot!!!!!
