I still can't stop smiling when I think of our wedding and a big part of that is because of Laura and her team. They went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we had hoped for and more. It was beautiful but also uniquely us. As my mom said, Laura is a "memory curator." She gets to know her couples and cares deeply about their happiness on wedding day. I can honestly say I was completely stress free and got to enjoy every second of our wedding weekend. Laura was immediately out wiping dry the dance floor when we hit unexpected rain, she made a custom waffle wall for my husband and I, and she offered endless support throughout the whole planning process. Planning a destination wedding from a few states away has its own hurdles. From the beginning. Laura (Forevermore Events) made our experience comforting and personal. Our initial phone conversation was on point and very detailed. Laura is the perfect planner, designing and crafting a perfect event to mark the most important day of our lives. We then did a scouting trip for the location, and she kept with us until we found “our” perfect place. She handled all of the details with the vendors and planning. She is amazing. Laura is a true professional that hands-down becomes a part of the event and not just a vendor. We felt as though we were her only Customer and she was always available and very responsive. Being a wedding planner is a perfect role for Laura as she is great with her customers and her vendors. Being from Southern California, I was nervous about having an out-of-town wedding, but using Forevermore Events was the best choice I ever could have made. My husband and I decided instead of having a huge wedding in our home state of NJ, we decided to do a destination wedding with our closest family and friends. We had a total of around 35-40 attend. We decided to have our wedding weekend at Zion Red Rock venue in Rockville which is 10 minutes down the road from Springdale. Forevermore Events has worked that venue a bunch of times, so she was super familiar with it, and planned out everything to make sure us and our guests had a wonderful week of staying there. Once we booked our venue, we both decided we needed lots of help and realized we couldn't plan it on our own, especially with a destination wedding, so we called Laura. If there was one thing I could recommend to anyone getting married in Zion, it is to hire Laura and her team at Forevermore Events! Seriously, without Laura, none of our wedding could have been possible. She took all the stress off of me and my husband, and seriously made planning a wedding so enjoyable. I flew out to meet with her before our wedding and to meet and discuss all of our vendors, and to do a walk through of our venue. She not only made our wedding day an absolute dream, but Laura became a part of our family through this whole process. She fit right in with our crazy New Jersey Italian family and friends. She was so hands-on from the moment we started our first meeting to the very last single second of our wedding weekend from setting up and communicating to all our vendors, coordinating our entire wedding and even having to call in a tent 48 hours before our wedding, because the weather changed and it was going to pour so she rearranged our entire wedding reception, to the last final day of our stay at Zion after we were already married. Laura and her team aren't just a company- they truly care and love each and every one of their couples.

Laura and her Forevermore Events staff were so incredibly helpful during my wedding planning and wedding day events! Laura was with us (virtually) every step of the way when planning our destination wedding and helped introduce us to all of our Utah local venders. Every vender was great and we wouldn't have been able to find them without her.

As someone who considers herself an easy going bride, I had no idea what I wanted as far as decorations and all of the little details. And let's not forget the fact that we live thousands of miles away and could not even visit any Zion locations because of the pandemic going on during our planning process . Laura was so helpful by giving us her input and suggestions. I put my complete trust in her and she did not disappoint! We could not have done it without her! The entire event was beautiful from start to finish!

Laura had everything so well organized and scheduled that on the day of, I didn't have to think about a thing! I enjoyed every minute of my wedding day and all of the additional wedding related events that Laura assisted with.

When my daughter and her then fiance' decided they wanted their wedding in Southern Utah, I said, "Great!". With the happy couple in Wisconsin and me in Northern Utah, the next thing I said was, "We need to call in some help." Laura Stagg and Company at Forevermore Events came highly recommended. If anything, that recommendation was understated. Laura has a encyclopedic knowledge of all things Wedding and was proactive in getting vendors (she knows all the good ones) and all the trappings arranged, delivered, set up and taken down. All planning had to be done virtually (before that was cool.) between St. George, Salt Lake and Milwaukee. Forevermore's expertise transformed a barn and a roasted pig into a wonderful rehearsal dinner event and a field at Clear Creek Ranch into Chapel and Ballroom on wedding day. Her crew is the best! Very efficient and professional and worked until the wee hours after the wedding to get tables, chairs and dance floor dismantled and hauled away. They even found my brother-in-law's drivers license in the grass in the dark. No detail was forgotten.

In addition to all that, Laura was right there to make sure that the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. As I made my way from the ceremony to the customary post nuptial photo session, there was Laura with congratulations, a smile and a cool drink for the Mother of the Bride. Not only were the bride and groom cared for, the parents were as well.

A few weeks after the wedding, I got a card from my daughter. In it she said, "Thank you for throwing the Wedding of my Dreams."
