I worked with forever and always event planning for decor and room flipping services. Working with Brooke and her other staff, specifically Tina and Avalon was a breeze! We had many meetings to make sure all the decor would be how I needed and they knocked it out of the park! The website they use is so nice and makes everything super easy including communication and design prep. The ceremony set up was beautiful, and the room flip for my reception was done in 1.5 hours and looked amazing. The girls were so kind and had my back the whole time even with some last minute needs like safety pins and glue etc. Brooke’s team was affordable and went above and beyond to make the day smooth! Brooke and her team deserve as many stars as possible. I met Brooke only 4 weeks before my wedding, as she was coordinating my best friends wedding and I was a bridesmaid. She was open the date of my wedding and agreed to take me on last minute, which I am so beyond grateful for. She jumped right into helping me plan, as it was all of the last minute crunch time stuff and I seriously felt what seemed like the weight of the world lift off my shoulders. She answered my questions and concerns at all times of the day. She suggested and advised on all of the right things, and she was eager to help with literally everything. She designed multiple different things for me in record time, and we received many compliments on the aesthetic she was able to create for us! She took all of my decor ideas and physically made them look even better than I could’ve imagined on the day of! When it comes to her ability to captivate the attention from loud and crazy groups, she does it so respectfully and productively, which made our ceremony go beyond smooth. She made sure every single detail of the day was covered and I felt so relaxed all day long. My all time favorite thing about her, is that she checked in on me during the day the perfect amount, making sure I was hydrating, eating, and enjoying myself, rather than stressing. Also, have to mention that she captured all of the little details like first looks, getting ready, walking with my bridesmaids, reception entrances, and speeches, which is a lot of the little but very important stuff. I will suggest to ALL of my friends and family getting married in the future to use her, as she truly has a gift!!

I can't fully put into words how happy I am that we had Brooke from Forever & Always Event Planning as our Day of Coordinator. I am a BIG planner myself, and knew I wasn't looking for a full wedding planning service, but I was also doing a lot of DIYs and needed someone I could trust to put them into action on the day of. (Photos include only a handful of the decor/tables she set up for us). Right from the first planning call, Brooke was energetic and optimistic about how she could help make our wedding come to life - and she did exactly that. She is so clearly organized and on top of it that as a bride on my wedding day, I had zero concerns about if things were getting done. I loved the little glimpses into what had been set up as the day went on, and knew it was coming together perfectly because Brooke was in charge. But Brooke goes beyond setting up - at the ceremony, she is confirming the music you selected with the DJ, lining up and giving cues to your wedding party for when to start walking, capturing photos on her phone that she shares the next day (this was the sweetest touch), getting you water/drinks, reminding you where you are in the timeline, and so much more.

Since I did a majority of my own planning, I can't speak to firsthand experience of the Full Wedding Planning Package through Forever & Always, but I would 110% recommend Brooke and Forever & Always Event Planning to anyone looking for any level of services. Brooke's got this!

Brooke and her team were absolutely amazing! I paid for a day of coordinator as well as a 1/2 day assistant, but Brooke went above and beyond. We had multiple meetings to go over details and she even reached out to vendors for me which I wasn't expecting. Shelby was amazing on our wedding day and made sure everything went as smooth as possible, we had a few hiccups and she did her best to resolve any issues. Although I didn't see much of the behind the scenes work both Shelby and Evie did, the decorations were perfect, centerpieces beautiful, and they both kept checking in with me to make sure there was nothing I needed. I even got yelled at for trying to help clean up decorations at the end of the night- lol.

If you are planning your wedding I 1000000% recommend a coordination to help take away SOO much stress from your big day. You will not regret booking with Brook and her Forever and Always team!

Brooke is worthy of 1 million stars, literally every single review that she has is 100% true, she is the absolute best. If you want to make the best decision ever hire Brooke for your wedding day. She is the sweetest, most kind hearted person you will ever meet, and she will bring the best energy to your big day. There are not a lot of people in the world like Brooke, she is truly one of a kind. When you meet her, you will feel like she has been your best friend for years, she cares that much about your wedding day. She was everything and more that I didn’t even know I needed. If you want an example of how great Brooke is, she is so wonderful that my best friend who is getting married hired her on the spot for her own wedding day after attending my rehearsal. I can’t thank Brooke enough for going above and beyond to make me and my family feel so special.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that cares as much about your wedding as you do, look no further. Brooke is nothing short of incredible. My daughter chose her as the coordinator and she was everything we wanted her to be and even more so, everything we didn’t know we needed!

Here are some examples; prep calls covering topics and details we would have never thought about, she directed the entire rehearsal and intermixed fun and great ideas, she stayed to set up the venue that evening and returned early the next day to be on-site for the vendors. Brooke is the queen of the timeline and brought all the hype girl energy you could possibly want! She carries a backpack full of every single thing you may need or forget on the big day! Brooke was there until well beyond the end of the reception to clean up and pack up all the decor.

As icing on the cake (pun intended), she takes many behind the scenes photos and sends them after the event for an extra nice touch. ?

Her communication was exceptional. She is so good at the planning of her planning that it’s almost hard to describe but she doesn’t miss a beat on anything.

Every single one of our vendors complimented her work to us. Many saying she was the best they’ve ever seen at a wedding!

This is the BEST money I spent and highly recommend her!

We had an amazing experience working with Brooke to plan our daughter's wedding and with her associate Shelby to coordinate everything on the day of the rehearsal and wedding. I highly recommend her! She was the reason everything went so smoothly. We had a dream wedding--lovely to the last detail. She thought of everything, kept us on schedule, kept track of the details, reduced our stress, helped us keep a budget, communicated with vendors, confirmed everything. I especially loved that Brooke worked closely with my daughter and her fiance to plan the wedding they wanted to have and helped keep them accountable to make decisions such as the guest list, the invitation wording, the decor. Having her be the one to work with them really helped avoid stress and maintain good relationships with family. On the day of the wedding I (bride's mom) simply enjoyed the day! She is a treasure.
