This florist never disappoints. My loved ones and I always use these professionals for a reason… fresh and beautifully presented. The designers are gifted and the quality of work is evident. Seriously never cease to amaze me (and I wanted to be a florist as a child!). Christine is an asset to this establishment and commendable in her empathy and understanding. My husband was out of town for a week and ordered me a bouquet on a very rough day! It was a total surprise and hands down the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received! My husband said the customer service was incredible. They walked him through flower options and kept a line of communication open until it was delivered. The colors and arrangement were flawless, and Flowers by Louise managed to make the bouquet and have it delivered within 24 hours. We've also visited the shop in person to pick up a premade arrangement for a memorial and were blown away at the options. The flowers are high quality but the prices are reasonable and appropriate. We love this shop and can't recommend it enough!!

This was my first order with Flowers by Louise in Wasilla AK. My local florist suddenly closed and I needed to find another florist stat. Flowers by Louise came through for me! Apparently, there’s a special website for ordering. It’s best to call them before placing the order. The gal who answered was super nice and helped me through the process. I ended up placing the order directly with her. They sure did come through and I am so happy with their service! They delivered the next day before the requested time by. This was greatly appreciated! I found my new favorite local florist! Thank you Flowers by Louise for doing an amazing job on the arrangement! You helped share my 4000 mile away hugs to my sister who is recovering from surgery

Flowers By Luis are my all time favorite. The hubs goes there every couple months and they are always uniquely beautiful and longer lasting than prior florists he used. Photo doesn’t do justice. Thank you to the team for brightening my table!

Had a fabulous experience! I ordered flowers for my mother and they called me to ask if they could pot them in this adorable little tub vase thing. It turned out so adorable and I and my mother were thrilled by it! The only thing that made me sad was their delivery dates were very limited and I had to send it on the Thursday before Mother’s Day. Which was a bummer, but that is my only sad thing. Awesome experience and then the call I received asking if they could pot it in something other than what was advertised was lovely.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’ve always had beautiful, long lasting flowers and amazing service with Flowers By Louise! They recently went way out of their way to deliver replacement flowers because mine had died earlier than normal. I can’t praise these guys enough!

Flowers by Louis deserve all five stars- wish I had more to give! My sister sent me flowers, I wasn’t home to sign for the flowers but I was available later that day. Flowers by Louis drove to my house TWICE in the same day to deliver my flowers! And I have NEVER been given such a BEAUTIFUL bouquet! Absolutely stunning and fresh flowers! Highly recommend using Flowers by Louis! They will not disappoint!
