I am a wedding day content creator and I recently worked with
Flourish Event Co on a wedding at Three Peaks Ranch. Amy is the owner, but Mallory was lead coordinator for the day. I can't say enough good things about this company. Amy was so kind, quick to communicate and professional. Mallory was stellar and made sure everything at the event ran smoothly and on time. She has such a fun spirit and I could tell the couple really loved and trusted her. I would recommend Flourish Event Co. planning services to any couples getting married. This is supposed to be the best day of your life! Make sure you hire a company that can properly execute your vision. I will definitely be working with Flourish Event Co. in the future and will be recommending them to engaged couples.

Where to begin! Having Haley from the Flourish Team be our wedding day coordinator made the wedding planning experience incredibly less stressful and the day so perfect. We had the chance to meet with Haley in person over coffee to discuss our wedding day vision and plan out next steps with her. She is the sweetest, most comforting, warm, and positive person. The advice she was able to give, the resources she provides, and support she gave made the tough parts of planning easier and more enjoyable. She was so communicative throughout the entire process and was honestly someone I leaned on whenever it started to feel overwhelming! The amount of relief and confidence she provided us (mainly me) was, and still is, so appreciated.

Haley was so helpful during our rehearsal the day before our wedding. She has a way of tending towards the bride and groom through all the chaos and made us constantly feel heard. Our wedding party thought she was great and complimented how well the rehearsal went - and I undoubtedly agreed! She was so patient with everyone (way more patient than me) and made sure we covered everything we wanted to that day so we felt great when it came to the real day!

On our wedding day, rainy weather rolled in shortly before the ceremony was supposed to start and when guests were arriving. With the ceremony being outside without cover, I think I speak for all brides when I say it's our worst nightmare...but it was all perfect. Not because the rain stopped magically right before our ceremony, because it didn't...but because Haley, our venue manager, and the vendor managers made it perfect. When we were waiting out the rain and cutting into the ceremony time, Haley came to us calmly and empathetically and laid out plan B, C, D, and E for us. Her calmness made me feel better instantly. We were so set on Plan A because the view at the ceremony site was the main reason we chose the venue, so we didn't want to go with another plan, however, there was no telling when the rain would stop. Haley so sweetly supported our decision and with the help of the wedding party and family members, the idea of switching cocktail hour and the ceremony around came to light - so that's what we did. Haley immediately rolled with it, got all the vendors on the same page, asked us what we needed from her, and MADE. IT. HAPPEN. Haley didn't bat an eye and got to work changing the plans and making sure it still worked out perfectly - and that's why it did. Everyone was so happy and because of the good energy everyone had, the rain cleared up at the end of cocktail hour and the clouds broke up to expose the sun right when I started to walk down the aisle. I think Haley may have planned that! 😉 It couldn't have been more perfect, more fun, and more special. Haley was there through it all - and from the bottom of my heart I don't know what I would have done without her by my side through it all! My parents and bridesmaids couldn't have thought more highly of her either - they were so impressed - and I was proud. I was proud that we chose such an incredible team to work with at Flourish, and that we got blessed with Haley to witness the best day of our lives!

Amy and her team are INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make sure our big day went off without a hitch at Spruce Mountain! She is organized, kind, thinks of everything you could possibly need, and makes you feel well prepared before the big day. We had potentially bad weather on the day of my wedding and Amy was quick to problem solve and adjust to make sure my vision for the wedding came to life. I want to have another event just so I can work with her again. From the moment I met her I knew I was in good hands. Everyone in our wedding party was impressed with her. Can’t recommend her enough!

Flourish (Amy and Haley was our team) were such integral part of our entire process and day, I cannot imagine doing it without them! Once the venue was selected in December, we started planning early January and our wedding was in July — less than 6 months! Flourish helped me go from feeling like “how is this possible” to “we got this.”

They listened to all our ideas, were there for our questions, and concerns — and most of all listened to our vision and helped bring it to life.

The days prior and weekend of, they were so supportive and helped to make sure we both felt comfortable and prepared.

Amy was born to do this. Her calming energy was exactly what I needed on the day of and made sure absolutely everything was ready so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
