Great thanks to Captain Shawn for a stellar day on Apr 9. We hammered 33 Snook, 2 Trout, and a Cat for good measure between our party of 6! Shawn was very knowledgeable on tides, currents, moon phase, fish tendencies etc and helped put us right on some nice holes. Thanks for making some lifetime memories Shawn! We'll be back...

Captain Shawn Crawford can really find the fish. Two of us caught over a hundred fish and had a great time. He wasn't selfish about his time and we fished up until dusk each day.

My wife and I spent 5 hours fishing with Shawn on 3/25/2021. He was an excellent guide. He has been a guide full time for 30 yrs. He understands water temps, currents, birds and knows where the fish are.
He is a good guide and guy that was more concerned about us having a good trip then the time we fished.
We caught around 40 snook while we were out. He was very good at helping us understand the proper technique..
I have already recommended him to two other friends I have down there.

Went to Anna Marie island for my cousin's 45th birthday. I had to make sure to book a memorable fishing charter for a party of 6. Luckily, I found Captain Shawn website and was very impressive with his extensive resume. I made contact and we had a long discussion back & forth. I made my request and expectations.

Captain Shawn did not disappoint at any moment. He went out of his way the night before to install a new bimini at my request for my senior uncle. It was a life saver from the hot sun and the tropical down pour at the end of our trip. His boat was super clean, nice setup, nice fishing gear, and good electronics. He had us hooked up with our bucket list of snook, jack carvelle, and mangrove snapper. Hard to believe he is a one man show and attended to all 6 of us. He was helping my cousin's wife & niece cast their rods and also baiting all of our empty hooks.

Captain Shawn is a incredible fisherman and has even a better personality. I would not hesitate to book another trip with him. I have to make sure I send him a bottle of whiskey or scotch for Thanksgiving.

Incredibly knowledgable of the area and everything about what the fish do, where they are, etc. Very helpful even for amateur fisherman as he gives all the tips, tricks and teaches you about fishing.

Hi, after coming to AMI for years and some of us actually growing up here, we have been on mini mini chargers thanking that we had had some pretty good days. I was lucky enough to find Capt. Shaw and was able to book a trip with him. After four trips at different times of the year we all came back was sore arms and did not feel as if we were being overcharged for the service provided! Many websites say experienced Capt. however now that we have finished multiple times with a truly experienced Capt. we can now see the difference and will only be using Capt. Shaw in the future! If at some point we try to book with him and he is already booked, we will just not fish on that particular trip. Everything from his fishing tackle to his boo are top notch! He has a huge live well and always has it completely packed with live bait which makes a big difference now that we have seen it in action! I
would highly recommend using Capt. Shaw for your next fishing adventure as none of us have ever met anyone with the knowledge he has of not only the fish but also the area both above and below the water. He was a true pleasure to be with and has no problem working with a 5 year old all the way up. He goes out of his way to make sure that everyone is busy catching fish and the only breaks we get are when we're running from one place to the next and his boat is by far the most comfortable boat any of us have ever been in! I would give him 10 stars if it would let me but you will not regret booking a trip with him any time you can!! We will be using him exclusively from now on! We can't say enough about Capt.Shawn Crawford. Thanks Capt. for all the great trips and we're looking forward to our next trip with you!!!

Capt. Shawn worked really hard for us and turned what could have been an average day into a fantastic one! We caught a lot of different species and he kept on quality fish with a bagful for this weekend’s fish fry. He’s easily the most knowledgeable guide I’ve fished with and I highly recommend him.
