We rented linens and table settings from FLEXX for our wedding and everything went well. It was all delivered the day before, and they coordinated with our planner/venue to pick it up. In the final email, they mentioned that some of the utensils weren't returned (maybe our guests lost some?) but they didn't charge us.

Overall we had a good experience and would use this company again.

We used FLEXX PRODUCTIONS for our wedding. From my Sales Rep. Morgan to the delivery and final pickup, all along the way, they were fabulous to work with! I was never hurried, they had great suggestions and wanted to make sure that I had what I needed. I never felt pressured to get more than I needed. I did make several changes as the head count of guests changed and my layout also changed but it was never a problem, FLEXX PRODUCTIONS just made whatever changes needed.

I loved their Clearspan Tent. It fit perfectly in our spot and there were no visible ropes or iron stakes to trip over, and it held up with no problem in our Colorado winds! The fruitwood padded chairs were comfortable, and the tables and linen looked gorgeous.

I thought FLEXX PRODUCTION prices were very reasonable, and
I will surely use them again.

I’ve never been more let down by an event rental company, or any company for that matter.

I had been working on a quote with Flexx for months for a 3,000 person event with considerable communication in the lead up as we adjusted numbers and layout. We were finalizing the last miscellaneous items the morning before load in and everything seemed to be tracking correctly. Around noon they emailed they were unable to do the job because it had not been finalized by noon(approximately 15 mins prior). You just don’t do that to people. Call someone if there is something urgent or missing. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

It was a scramble but we made it work with the help of other much better and more professional options who actually care about the work they do and the clients they work with.
