First time we heard about Fleur was from our friends and they were pretty satisfied with the Fleur. Additionally, after several initial wedding meetings with their competitors, it was their professionalism made us chose them. And we think overall, the whole experience was enjoyable. Based on the reaction and feedback of everyone who came to our wedding in the end, their service is worth every penny.

Victoria was our planner. She was extremely professional and patient (you know how it can be for wedding planning). She guided us along the way and knows perfectly what, when and how to do for each stage of the wedding planning process. Jennifer was our decoration designer and the final look was exactly what my wife and I was imagining. You are in good hands if they are the person of contact and we would recommend them to our dearest friends without a doubt.

From the moment we started planning our wedding, Sam, Erin and May were an absolute dream team to work with. Their attention to detail, organization, and ability to execute our vision were beyond impressive. Throughout the entire process, they were always available to answer questions, offer advice, and keep us on track.

What stood out most was their ability to handle every aspect of the wedding, from finding the perfect venue to curating the smallest details, with such grace and professionalism. We had an absolutely perfect day with Fleur Weddings. Sam, Rose, Jennifer, and the whole team were consummate professionals and took care of 110% from start to finish. We had a short timeline from start to finish for our wedding, and they were able to plan everything (including many changes in plan from our side) in just three months! Their patience and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process made us feel really at ease, and they could handle anything we threw at them.

Planning aside, I think the thing that impressed us most was their day-of operations. The benefit of Fleur being one of the larger planning companies is that they were able to have so many hands on deck, even for just our ~80 person wedding. As the bride, I always had at least one person by my side, telling me where to go and when. I was able to just fully enjoy myself and not have to worry about any logistics. The way they took control was exactly what you want for your big day!

Lastly, I have to an extra shoutout to the beautiful decor & florals. I got multiple compliments from guests about just how amazing the design was, compared to any other weddings they've been to, and I have to agree. Jennifer took little direction from us and made our dreams come true.

I would 100% recommend Fleur if you want your wedding to be perfect as well 🙂

As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we can't help but look back on the incredible day that Fleur helped create for us. From the smallest details to the flawless coordination of every moment, their expertise, creativity, and calming presence made the entire experience unforgettable.
Our planners, Susan and Erin, were an absolute joy to work with—organized, patient, and always ready with answers and fresh ideas to help us achieve the perfect day. Susan's impeccable coordination kept us on track, even when we were swamped, and ensured everything was moving smoothly behind the scenes. Not to mention their incredible support on the wedding day, they gave me much comfort to truly enjoy the day and not to worry about other logistics. Our designer Candy was amazing too. Her great taste and magical touch turned our vision into a stunning reality. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding, and much of that is thanks to Fleur’s dedication and hard work. Thank you all again for making our dream day come to life!

Fleur was the first vendor we selected in early 2023 when we started to plan our wedding (which took place in July 2024) – we’ve heard great things about them from friends, and many referred them as the best in Toronto. Looking back, that’s the BEST decision we’ve ever made! The wedding was magical and the best day of my life. It was way beyond our expectation and it definitely would not be possible without Fleur.

Susan was our planner. Throughout the entire 1.5yr+ of planning time, Susan was always there to answer our questions (she always responds right away even at or after midnight!). She helped us select venue and all the vendors (who were all AMAZING) and facilitated all the coordination, gave us a lot of inspirations for the theme and designs, and made sure we stay on track with her detailed to-do list and to-buy list. The wedding planning process would have been a lot more stressful without her. Knowing how hard it is to plan these large events, I am sure a lot has happened during the process, but Susan and the Fleur team took care of them without us worrying.

Candy was our designer. We didn’t spend that much time on the décor process other than a few meetings, but Candy got everything covered. From Trinity Chapel to Casa Loma Conservatory to Casa Loma Library, she truly surprised us!! I could not believe what I saw when I first entered each of these 3 places, it was WAY beyond our expectations. I wanted a wedding with components from Alice in Wonderland (bunnies and fairytale), Taylor Swift and Harry Potter (not knowing how to ft them all together), and Candy/Susan/Fleur team made it happen! Thank you for making my dream come true.

On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy the event stress-free because the Fleur team brought 6 members to manage everything at multiple locations. I always had someone by my side – Susan, Erin, Samantha – the entire day, and they always had what I need with them, whether it’s phone, water, change shoe, dress, etc. They are also super prepared. For example, my dad’s shoe broke right before the ceremony and without Fleur (who had glue with them to fix it), it would have been a disaster. At the end of the night, they helped pack everything and also made sure to save me all the little things I’d like to keep as souvenirs (without me asking them) – they know me so well. My guests also LOVED the wedding. Many of them told us it’s the best wedding they’ve ever attended. My boss even said this is the event of the year at our team meeting the following week.

Fleur is a fantastic wedding planning company, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be a beautiful bride on their wedding day without having to worry about the details.

My wedding planner was Erin, who is a dedicated and highly capable professional. My wedding had many ups and downs, and it would have been very difficult to manage without her support. We wanted to hold a carnival-style wedding with various booths where guests could enjoy themselves. Just imagine how many booths need to be considered and how to ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the entire process, we didn’t have to worry about anything or contact any vendors ourselves—Erin took care of everything. We only told Erin what kind of scene and games we wanted, and every detail, from the game tickets to the prize distribution process, was meticulously managed by Fleur.

Our guests said they had never attended such a fun wedding before. Fleur arranged for a magician, body painting, flower making, portrait painting, an ice cream truck, a snack stand, prize redemption, sparkler , ring toss, and a variety of delicious food. These were things we couldn't have managed on our own, and we are truly grateful to Fleur.

I particularly want to mention that during this process, Erin was not just a planner but truly a friend who cared about the newlyweds and guests. On the day of the wedding, I unexpectedly started my period, and although I was uncomfortable, Fleur’s staff always had hot water ready for me, which made me feel much better. Both the bride and groom had assistants, so we didn’t have to think about what to do—Fleur guided us through everything. Guests commented that Fleur’s staff were exceptionally kind and made them feel very welcomed. Hearing this was very touching because it’s hard for the newlyweds to attend to every guest, but Fleur’s warmth made sure everyone was well taken care of.

The wedding was actually delayed by a year due to visa issues, as my husband couldn’t come to Canada. We had to cancel last year, which felt like a major setback and caused a lot of stress. However, Erin helped us communicate with all the vendors in the meantime, which significantly reduced our losses. Erin’s understanding and help from Fleur are unforgettable, and I feel extremely lucky to have found such an excellent wedding planning company in North America to make our dream wedding come true.

We had our wedding on September 22, and the staff at Fleur were meticulous and attentive, helping us created a perfect wedding. Especially our planner Victoria and designer Jennifer, who have communicated with us thoughtfully over the past year, getting to know our preferences. On the wedding day, they, along with the other staff, were present early and had the venue set up with no delays at all. The timing of the schedule was also very punctual. As the bride, I didn’t worry at all because I knew we had the Fleur team supporting us.
