I live in the Falls in Parkland. I can honestly say that one of the best things about living there is the management team of Claudia Perez and Linda Williams. They are both compassionate, helpful, great listeners, and have great attitudes! You can really feel that your happiness is important to them! As far as I'm concerned, if it wasn't for them, the The Falls experience would not be as pleasurable as it is. The importance of having a team like them is paramount.

Living at The Falls in Parkland, Fl is a dream. Every time I walk into the clubhouse I get the friendliest greeting from Linda Williams, who I’d like to single out. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied and happy with the state of our clubhouse and any concerns that we may have. The entire staff is great but I’d to give Linda a little extra recognition.

Working as a real estate agent I have had plenty of interactions with property managers and I would love to say that Aaron Clemente is among the best. When I requested information from him, each time he responded promptly and he always was kind and made the time take care of my requests. Nothing but first class service from Aaron. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about a year now, and I just want to say how amazing it has been. When I first moved in, I was pregnant, and the staff made me feel so at home. They always checked in on me to make sure I was okay. If I ever had any issues, the maintenance team—Mike and Marino—made sure to address them promptly and kept the owners informed.

Samantha and Roselyn are always so welcoming whenever I visit the office. They consistently ask if I need anything, check on me and my baby, and keep me updated on everything happening in the community.

Oscar has been a huge help as well. When I was pregnant, he would come to my car to take out the trash so I wouldn’t have to get out. Even now, he’s always willing to lend a hand.

What truly solidified my decision to stay here was when Joe passed away. The staff came together and organized a celebration of life for him. That moment showed me this is more than just a job for them—it’s a family

I stopped by Coco Parc as a vendor to tell them about our Dona toon program. I recognized Mike because I used to live at Coco Parc. He was always amazing and helpful. I remember how great Marino was as well. I met Samantha and Roselyn and I have to say they are really nice ladies in the management office. They also told me about their weekend maintenance tech Oscar. Coco Parc is a great community and I’m working on getting back in.

I know Jacki since she came to manage Aquasol and need to be say that woman together with the secretary they re unbeatable , the strength and the mind power they have to bring to deal with the annoying people and ignorant is beyond anything u can think of , they re discipline and knowledge and anything u need to know she break in pieces and proof to make me understand I have never left the office with any doubt! They re doing a great job and they having the art to make it beautiful in Aquasol , they been working on more than 20 years work that never were done by other management! I’m really happy to have them here

My name is Janessa, I’ve been living at Coco Parc Condominiums for a 1 year 1/2 , I enjoy the community so much. The maintenance crew Marino, Mike and Oscar keep the community well kept, so willing to help and are so friendly. The kids even know them by name. Samantha and Roslyn are beautiful inside and out. No hesitation to assist and resolve anything. When I first moved in, I needed help to get the gym key and register my car- they made the process smooth for me, so grateful. Walking into the office is so refreshing with the warm greetings. Excellent service.

I visited Coco Parc Condo to see units with my realtor. I settled on one that I really liked. I stopped into the office to apply with the association where I met the Manager Samantha and her assistant Roselyn. They were very welcoming offering me coffee and conversation. Later I met Marino and Mike the maintenance staff and they were very informative about the community since they’ve worked on the property for so long. I heard their weekend guy Oscar is also pretty helpful. I have to say the hospitality was amazing. I can’t wait to call this place home!
