We went to Firebeat to get lessons for our first dance at our wedding. Charlie was our instructor and he helped us have the perfect first dance. We didn't want anything choreographed, we just wanted to learn a few moves. Charlie had us try a couple different styles until we felt good about one, and he taught us a series of moves. He was very patient with us as beginners, and was a lot of fun to work with. We even used our dance moves later on in the night as well. Thank you so much Charlie!

Charlie is amazing !! we can’t say enough positive comments as he helped us prepare for the 1st dance at our wedding. Let me start off by saying my husband and I are beginner dancers and Charlie really set us up for success. He gave us a format to follow with a beginning middle and end and we would have been lost without it . He made
the experience fun and we learned so much, not only the basics for a couples dance but also it improved our communication as a couple. The best compliment I can give is my husband who didn’t like to dance
is willing to go back for more dance lessons in the future .

Cannot recommend dance lessons at this studio enough! My fiancé and I took wedding dance lessons with Charlie and it was amazing! We had no dancing experience and he taught us not only how to feel comfortable dancing but some beautiful moves to use during our first dance. Would absolutely recommend to any couple looking for help with their wedding dance or anyone in general looking for something fun to do!

My husband and I took 5 wedding dance lessons with Charlie and we highly recommend for other couples! Neither of us had prior dance experience, but Charlie helped us feel really confident in ourselves for the big day, where we were able to whip out several moves and even a big dip at the end. Charlie gave us great advice on the cues to give the DJ so he'd know when to start and stop our music, and the whole thing went off without a hitch. It gave us such peace of mind to know that we were incredibly well prepared for our first dance thanks to Charlie and Firebeat!

We hired FireBeat Studios to help us with our wedding dance. We so appreciated all the care and compassion that Charlie showed us during our dance lessons. We are not the most naturally gifted dancers but Charlie was unfailingly patient (and funny). Our guests loved our dance and we had such fun! My husband and I had lessons with Vlad for our first dance - I can’t express how highly I recommend Vlad + Firebeat!!! As two people who have never really danced before, we were a bit nervous going into our wedding and wanted to have a great first dance. Vlad was honestly such a blast to work with and we looked forward to all our dance lessons. Vlad was so patient with us, so thorough, and helped us so much. Now that our wedding is over, we can’t wait to keep coming here to expand our skills in dancing and keep this new hobby going!

My future husband and I have been taking dance lessons for our June wedding for the past couple of months with Brad. I had childhood experience with dance lessons and my fiance had none whatsoever. Regardless, we are having a great time learning our wedding dance together and never feel awkward at Firebeat - even when the more professional dance students and whisking around the studio. In fact, we recently stayed for a "Sampler" class to learn other styles of dance and we are thinking abut continuing with lessons even after our wedding because we are having so much fun! It is a beautiful studio with fantastic style, the owners and instructors are terrific and the new coffee / tea / smoothie / lunch bar is great too! The Mango Tango smoothie is amazing! Firebeat is worth checking out for anyone interested in dance - regardless of experience level - and a great way to learn an impressive routine for your wedding too!
