Captain Theo was awsome!!! He had us on the fish from the first cast, and it didn't let up. First time for my wife and son and they were blown away and ready to book again. Captain Theo was patient and explained why we were fishing the way we were. Made sure we got plenty of pictures and cleaned our fish at the end. Already talking about our next trip.

We went on a fishing trip on October 22. I had booked a bigger boat. I was told later on that the boat was under maintenance and we had to use a lot smaller boat. I was also advised that the boat had a restroom on board when we got on the boat, the restroom was out of order. This was a six hour charter. We seem to have got the runaround a lot. Our time changed from the morning to afternoon or lunchtime I was overcharged I was supposed to be getting a refund as of today. I still have not received my refund now they are ignoring my calls and won’t reply. They keep saying it’s a system issue and they’re having to work on it. I’m not sure after two months it can still continue to be a system issue and while I’m still not getting my refund or why I’m not getting any replies back to my calls or text I would not recommend this charter to anyone

We had a blast with Capt. Theo. He put my boys on a bunch of fish. Honestly, it was a day I know they will not forget. A+ guide service. Highly recommend these guys.

We had an absolute blast! They were amazing enough to squeeze us in on a different date since the red snapper rules changed right before we got here. We limited out on snapper and had a blast doing it. Scooter and Johnnie were very professional and a blast to be with! Highly recommend!!!!

Chad must have posted his own comments about him being honest. This guy is a crook. He doesn’t even own a boat, just a web site. He marks up the charter fees to make his money. Our fishing trip didn’t workout due to mechanical failure. It’s been over 3 months and several text and phone calls and still haven’t received our deposit back. It’s been lie after lie with Chad. Guys like this will end up on American Greed Television series. I’m sure this isn’t his only Scam. The good ratings about Captain Theo are true, but that has nothing to do with Chad the crook.

Highly recommend Finatics Charters. We scheduled a 12 hour trip and Captain Sheldon and first mate Huey took us on a once in a lifetime trip, caught the limit in red snapper. Would definitely hire them again.

I went on a 2-day Inshore Fishing Charter. From the start, my emails and phone calls went unanswered until I paid the deposit. I was finally called and the captains had availability issues. I finally got two different captains, a different one each day. The first was delightful and knowledgeable. The second was arrogant and rude and impatient. I caught near limit of fish in the first day and few on the second day. Worst of all, neither captain or Fish Fanatics knew how to freeze and ship fish to my final destination. As a result, I paid for a charter and am empty handed as I could not transport any of my fish afterwards. I will not be returning for business nor recommending this charter company.

This was the second time I used Finatics and Captain Chad. Both times it was a father and son trips. Captain Chad could not have done any better in finding the fish and helping make great memories for me and my son. Great planning, wonderful company, LOTS of fish. Great time for everyone involved. Will use them again and recommend them to everyone. I also have their business cards on counter in our business to promote them. I'm that happy with them and their ability to show people a great time at sea.
