We have used Patrice of Feltes Travel several times now - as has our extended family - and we could simply not be more satisfied with their expertise and service. Trips she handled for us include: My husband and I went to Puerto Rico last year, I had a girls trip to AZ, the extended family of 11 went to Jamaica a few years ago, and now the two of us just returned from Cabo San Lucas. For this last trip, she gave a golf course recommendation (perfect!!), booked the tee time, easily helped me narrow down all of the resorts we were considering, booked the flights, hotel, and the transfers. She even took note of a particular room request that I mentioned and made it happen. That swim-up suite was incredible and was the icing on the cake of an incredible vacation. She listens. Patrice is an amazing resource as she has seemingly traveled the world, and has excellent insight for whatever type of trip you are looking for. She can plan and prepare any or all portions of your trip. I have referred her many times over, which is really saying something. The travel app they use is a huge help with up to the minute info. They just make it so much easier!
