Fantastic Tours picked us up at our hotel and took us to the on and off bus tour. They were so friendly and very helpful with information. We enjoyed the boat ride and seeing the stars homes. Our favorite stop on the bus tour was Little Havana but we enjoyed every part of the bus tour! Fantastic Tours was totally FANTASTIC!

Fantastic tours was recommended by Coleman hotel I had a driver take me downtown Claudia. I learned about the tour and then got on to the Big bus tour and has a grat tour of the city. I got to see South Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, and downtown and then in the end the Bayside Market. This tour is great value and a must see if you’re in Miami for the first time especially.

I enjoyed the combination boat and bus tour which worked good for me since I had only one full day. I recommend this tour, especially if you do not have a vehicle because they pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at your hotel. Claudia, the driver provided useful information about the tour as she was transporting me from my hotel to the boat tour.

We just wrapped up a 7 day cruise and had 1 day in Miami to do a tour. We decided at the last minute to do an Everglades safari tour. Through booking with our hotel, we found Lily with Miami Fantastic Tours. She picked us up with ease as we were at the dolphin mall and accommodated our family with 2 children ! She took us to the Everglades safari park where we were able to see alligators, ride on a swamp boat, and feed emus. It was very fun ! We ended at a nice fruit/farm market not far from the location which was a local favorite and had more animals to see! Our family had a great time and Lily was so sweet and amazing ! Plus she drives a huge Mercedes van for a petite lady. It was all very comfortable and worth it!

This was a very reliable shuttle service for our cruise to and from the Carnival Cruise we just were on. 12 people with small children is hard to get around and they were great! Angel was awesome driver. And Jenni was great to work with.

We used Fantastic Tours to book adventures in Miami and Key West while we were in Florida. Lily was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed before going on our excursions and she gave us lots of information as she drove us places. She recommended amazing places to visit and also to eat. Claudia was our driver for the second excursion and she was just as sweet and helpful as Lily! We would definitely use them again and even recommend them to friends.

We were forced to spend a day in Miami by AA not getting us home on time so we decided to take a tour on the Big Bus and it was wonderful to get a chance to see this beautiful city.
