Best place in town for my little ones to let out their wiggles (in the COLD A/C)!!! They have an awesome, small, SUPER parent friendly ropes course for my small kids, and a bigger course for my teens. Go karts, bumper cars, and 4D virtual reality too! Yes please! Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Looking forward to our next visit. ?

Went today (9/28/24) for my daughter’s 11th Birthday we purchased the 2 hour bands and had the best time. The employee Asher was so friendly and made our experience amazing. Y’all should really give him a raise he was the only one that wasn’t on his phone and was actually engaging with the customers. Thank you Asher for being so friendly and kind and letting me know which go kart was the fastest ?! Hope to see you again the next time we come!

I would like to start this review by extending a special thank you to all the staff at Family Fun Park located at 3500 Central Ave in Hot Springs, AR 71913. Three of us went today and we had an absolute blast go-karting together.

If you're seeking a great go-karting experience, I highly recommend trying out the Go-Kart 16 (Single Seat), which is the fastest option that we had available today. Following closely behind is the Go-Kart 12, another single-seat kart. Family Fun Park offers both single-seat and tandem-seat Go-Karts, so you can choose the style that suits your preferences. Be sure to ask the staff, if you wish, which single-seat or tandem-seat(2 seat) kart is the fastest and they will let you know.

The go-kart course at Family Fun Park is incredibly enjoyable. The track layout is well-designed, providing a thrilling experience for all ages. The tandem-seat carts are great to go with the younger kids who are not able to drive the karts yet. The layout was an exciting ride, and we found ourselves laughing and cheering as we raced around the track. It is hard not to have a smile while racing together. You have about 5 min to race around the course and try to beat your friends, family or others that may be on the course with you. The cost at the time we went was between 6$-7$ per person for each ~5min go-kart course drive.

In addition to go-karting, Family Fun Park offers a variety of other attractions. They have a small selection of arcade machines at this location, which can provide some extra fun between go-kart sessions. The indoor Spin Zone bumper cars and the 5D Ultimate VR Experience machine, which accommodates up to eight people at once, are also worth checking out. But wait!! There is more, there's an indoor area featuring a rope and zip line for both adults and children aged 5 and above. They even have a toddler rope zip suitable for children as young as 2 years old. Lastly, don't miss the impressive 30-foot giant climbing beanstalk, which offers a unique climbing experience.

If you're planning to visit Family Fun Park, be sure to inquire about their current promotion for the $100 card. With this promotion, you'll receive an extra $20 when you purchase the $100 card. The card can be used at multiple locations within Hot Springs and remains valid for up to 10 years, providing ample opportunity for enjoyment.

Take your kids and your money somewhere else. I came here to let the kids play and have fun on the SkyTrail ropes course. 2 kids went in the lower version 2 on the upper. Zip line on the higher primary line wasn’t running because it requires 2 people to operate and they didn’t have the staff available. Asked about it with the staff managing the course to which I was offered free GoKart ride. Asked if my younger child on the upper could switch to the lower since he just wanted the zip line but I was told they’re two different attractions and you’d have to pay a second time. I asked why if you’re offering to give free go kart ride can’t he just switch to the lower course. Staff said they contacted the manager and that’s the policy. Well they got my money, now they can have my review.

Our family paid for the 2 hour unlimited package. We attempted for our son to use the ropes course and there were no available harnesses. We asked for a partial refund given we were not able to use all attractions and the representative AND his manager both refused. This lack of basic customer service and failure to provide equal exchange of services for payment rendered is why this business gets one star.

I had so much fun this weekend, my friends and I came in from out of town and we were looking for to do when we found this place. They have great go karts, bumper cars and a ropes course. The staff was so friendly and courteous to me and my friends. The prices for here were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Was a terrible experience all throughout. The guy guiding us toward the go-karts seemed mad from the start. Yelling at my family members for no reason. Toward the end, one of my younger family members was unable to stop his go-kart due to a malfunction. He was yelled at even after saying his brake was not working. Other family members had to step up and address his mean behavior toward us. We left with a bitter depart. Horrible customer service from their end. Would not recommend!!!!
