I’ve had Family First Events and Rentals host a few of my events and I absolutely love everything they do. Between the gorgeous decor, the soft play set ups and the AWESOME inflatables they provided, (can’t forget about the foam party!), my parties have always been huge hits. We had a great experience renting from Family First Events and Rentals. The booking process is very user friendly and easy. They were communicative and clear through the entire booking. The bounce house, tables, and chairs were all very clean and in great shape. Brittany, the owner, is super kind and the gentlemen that came to to deliver and pickup the items were great too! They provided the linens and charger plates for my wedding on September 14th. The staff was awesome they were friendly and on time and did a great job. They were there on time at the end of the night to make sure that all the linens or off the tables by midnight. I would definitely recommend using family first rentals for your next event!

Family First was fantastic from start to finish! Reservation process was seamless, and communication was timely and informational. They delivered and set up the day before, showed us how to turn it on and off, and arrived the following day to remove without us even needing to be here. We had the best experience with Family First Event and Rentals! They came and set the bouncy house up so quickly and they were so professional. They made it so easy for us to have this amazing bouncy house at our twin daughters 6th birthday party at our home! We threw our mother a surprise 60th birthday party and our dear friend, bought a DYII balloon arch on Amazon after seeing the set up I told her absolutely not! I found Family first events and rentals with a Google search and reached out online. They contacted me ASAP and they were able to get me booked short notice and all! They showed up the day of with the ring, balloons blown up and all assembled the Garland and came back after the party to disassemble everything! It was truly beautiful and their service was amazing. I will be using them for every event that I have in the future. Thank you so much. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you guys!
