I ordered a cab at 9 for a 10:30 pickup from Pocasset to Falmouth. The driver was on time, drove carefully, and was friendly.

Owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to! My mother ordered a cab Friday for today, Monday at 1230pm (more than 3 days notice) to take her to a physical therapy appointment. She is blind so can not drive herself. When the cab did not show she called and the dispatcher was very rude. She was late to her appointment but PT made accommodations. (Thankful for them) when I called to speak about this experience to the owner it was the same dispatcher and he was extremely rude to me. I will never use this company, my mother will not either and I warn others to find any other means of transport other than Falmouth taxi! Awful company. Cabbie was nice but owner should not be working with people! In fact, he should be ashamed of himself!

This taxi cab service SAVED ME!! After a VERY long travel day with lots of cancellations and plans that did not go as planned, our driver made it his mission to get us to the last ferry in the pouring rain with only 10 seconds to spare. We could not thank you enough!! Never got the drivers name but he was x-military. Be sure to give him our praise

The “owner” clearly has a plethora underlying, unresolved personal issues and takes it out on his customers to feel better about himself. I booked a passenger van from them yesterday (spoke with a different, kind employee) and called this morning to confirm one more time. He had the wrong time, pick up, drop off, and my name wrong, and told me I already paid. I told him that me must have me mixed up with another customer, as I didn’t pay yet. He started YELLING (I’m not exaggerating) at me saying that I clearly messed it up () and then yelled, “I own this company and I don’t need you or your money, I’m doing very well” then YELLED “BYE!” and hung up on me…I am so in shock. WOW. Don’t bother!!!!

The drivers of the company are friendly but the owner or who ever the guy is who answers the phone is incredibly rude. When I tried to explain that the taxi had been over 45 minutes late on two occasions to pick up my elderly father, the guy actually yelled at me and said: "why don't you pick him up yourself"! Do I need to say anymore... I now use All Seasons Taxi - they are great!

Adam the owner was quick to leap into action picking me and my two young children up after our car broke down and needed to be towed. He was the only taxi company willing to come out and bring us home on a hot busy summer day after his schedule was booked. Thank you for making us a priority! we are so very grateful for your service, I highly recommend Falmouth taxi and I will be using them for any future service.

I have never experienced a better service! Falmouth taxi is amazing! Not only is their owner response but he is funny and friendly. We had our transportation company cancel the day of our wedding and Falmouth taxi saved the day! They were extremely helpful, friendly and excellent to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone! Use Falmouth taxi- you won’t ever regret it!

Disgusting business. Was next to my mom when she called for a ride detailing exactly where she was. 20 minutes later she calls back and the driver was at a totally different location, proceeded to call my mother an “idiot” and it was “her fault she didn’t know where she was so now she can walk.” So not only did the driver blame her for HIS mistake, but then proceeded to insult her and make her walk home on a busy street. Do not give your money to this pathetic guy
