I had a nice day here recently. The staff were very friendly and the room was very pleasant. The Schindler elevator was a little loud when operating and had to press the button several times to activate your selection. The breakfast was your typical selection of scrambled eggs and choice of meat. Oatmeal and basics. I’d stay again.

Rooms are dated and a little dirty in the corners but the bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. However, my vehicle window was broken out overnight and they were less than friendly or helpful. I guess the cameras are fake, or at least that's what they indicated to the police officer. I've honestly never experienced this and the level of non-caring was surprising. I know they cannot do anything kindness would have gone a long way today.
Further, I am supposed to have a guarantee to access 4pm check-out. When I asked to utilize a late check out, without even checking my profile she agreed to a one hour. I wasn't pushing it, so I accepted, but what's the point in loyalty if it isn't honored as expected. What an awful stay all the way around. *The younger woman that checked me in at night was lovely and friendly though!

Our team has stayed at this hotel the past 3 years when we come up for a meet at WPI. The location is perfect for as there is a grocery store and plenty of shopping around. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating to our needs and the rooms are very clean. We plan to stay here in the future.

Came up to attend a football game in the area. Due to CT 15 traffic - I arrived much later than hoped... The hotel is fairly easy to get to and there are a few moderate price places to eat nearby. The lobby appears clean and check in was smooth. I reserved a king studio and was issued rm 321. This unit needs ATTENTION. The wallpaper is peeling off of all the walls, the hvac unit isn't working, there is a slight sour milk smell, and it's really cold (the outdoor temp is 42 degrees). I called the front desk but there wasn't anything comparable - just a double and no one on duty to address the heating issue. I am a Marriott member and what was offered was 1000 pts for my inconvenience and a lesser room. Unfortunately, I was tired from a 5 hr drive and was not successful with finding another place available that would be comparable or better at the late hr. So, I sit here with layers of clothes on in this rm, get some work done, track outdoor temperature on my computer (and will cut my area visit short).

For a Marriott property, this place is not great. Permanently closed pool and gym, small maintenance issues. Not horrible either, it just has an unmaintained vibe for a Marriott.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed here. Rooms were clean and neat. The front desk has been friendly and the breskfast is like most others, clean and a good selection. We will be back in 2025.

I was here for one night for a business trip. The room was updated and clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, and their free breakfast is outstanding. They have an oatmeal bar, hot food, and many options for a variety of dietary needs. Thanks for a great experience!
