As of early December 2024 they are renovating and I stayed in one of the renovated rooms on the third floor. It was nice but pretty basic. It was smaller than I expected. Their lobby was being renovated too so they had plastic up and were noisy during the day. This location is right off the freeway which is convenient but the HUGE negative is the train that will wake you up three or four times a night. It is right there so it can't be avoided. Their breakfast is free which is nice but is just an egg dish, a meat and a waffle. They do have some yogurt and toast but it is pretty basic. Staff was nice but nothing exceptional it seemed like they were always doing something on the computer.

Came out here to visit my friend and requested the wheelchair accessible room since my friend is disabled. It's probably the best room she has stayed in. People don't realize how hard it is to find a good hotel for handicapped folks so this was great. The location is IDEAL! Most things are walking distance. In n Out Burger, Sizzlers, Target, TJMaxx, gas station and much more. I like places that have things near by in the event you don't have a car which we did not. The staff here was so nice. Shout out to Victoria for making our check in process easy and pleasant. This place also offers breakfast in the morning and it doesn't disappoint. Eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal... I mean, hello. The hotel is also quiet. When I return to visit my friend, we definitely plan to stay here again.

My wife and I always stay at marriott hotels because they have always been amazing. We had an unexpected trip and found this marriott in the area we needed to be. The only room they had available was a suite. We figured we would spoil ourselves. The room was such a disappointment. The shower head squealed the entire time. The refrigerator wouldn't stay cold. We asked for someone to come in and check. No one came. We were never given any towels and they didn't change the bedding.
The front desk said the manager would reach out. They never called.
This is the worst experience we have had with staying in a marriott hotel. Has really made me reconsider my next stay.

Do not stay here!

Our first room smelled like cigarettes and when we let the front desk person know, he wasn’t surprised and moved us to a different room.

The AC was abysmal on a 85 degree day. The lowest temp setting was 68 and it never got below 73. We asked maintenance who came to take a look but said not to put the temp below 70. He didn’t really fix anything.

We had a 5 night fr stay with several friends in different rooms. Many rooms smelled like cigarettes.

This was a great place to stay. Their rooms are very clean and extremely quiet. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice area with accessibility to Safeway, Starbucks, and the freeway.

Used marriott points for free 2 nights. It was a great stay with a delicious breakfast and clean room. If I didn't have points I would have gone for something cheaper.

The room was awful. When booking a suite for 5 I was expecting something a little nicer for the price. The carpet was disgusting with stains and sticky spots on the floor, the room had a weird smell as soon as we got in, the closest had no door, could not hang dress for wedding up in closest since it was so low to ground. The carpet was also coming up in places, the wall paper was coming off the walls in the restroom, the bathroom counter was pretty much nothing with no room. The pull put sofa bed was absolutely ridiculous with the mattress the thinnest mattress ever with springs pretty much popping through and stains on the mattress. This hotel room was far from comfortable. I have seen motel rooms nicer then this one. When we tried to change rooms they said we had the best one and it was one of the largest rooms they had. They offered to move us to a different room the next day but to a smaller room and not for 5 people. We had 5 people, we paid for 5 people! Very disappointed in our stay here.

I will not reserved at this hotel. I had a bad customer service.I mad a reservations almost a week before my arrival and was told the price and I was like okay cool! I arrived at 3pm which was my check-in time (with 4 tired/hungry children) I get asked my information and she looked and she asked for my name a few times I was getting that feeling that maybe they didn't book my reservation that I had made over. She couldn't find me took a bit. Finally she says oh here we go and says okay lets get everything going for you, I said okay cool! Than she said oh am sorry I need to check if the rooms are available (cleaned) I was like in my head wow seriously. I said okay I sat and waited in the lobby a while she helped a couple that was checking in behind me. That took about 10-15 minutes my kids where obviously getting impatient. She finally helps me and I get all my stuff go to my room(s).my whole point and bad customer services here is when I reserved my rooms I was told I would be having two rooms next to each other for the price of $$$. I was like okay cool. I fully trusted this hotel to have everything set and going for me but no.I get my rooms one in the second floor and the other room is in the 3 floor very fart apart.I go downstairs and I tell the gal hey am a bit confused I had made a reservation to have two rooms next to each other but yet these are very fart apart from one another she's like oh am sorry that all we have am like okay don't have control over that so I let it slide. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DOUBLE CHECK YOUR transactions I was told a certain amount over the phone and when I checked out and reviewed my transactions on my way home I was very unhappy it was double the price. I was never told when I checked in this was my total and maybe I should of asked however since I made the reservation over the phone I TRUSTED and assumed I was being charged that amount.
