Quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Exterior building looked nice. I stay at Marriott hotels 70 nights a year. This location does not measure up to Marriott standards by far. Interior was in disrepair throughout. Carpets were deeply stained. Bathrooms were outdated and marred. Sheets and towels were older. Not typical Marriott hospitality. Cannot take your breakfast to your room! Elevator out of service for part of our stay and making a horrible sound the rest of our stay. Lobby computer out of service. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this location.

First room had feces on the pillow. Requested a room change and was put in a room infested with bugs. I decided to leave and they didn’t refund money. Called in to ask why and was hung up on. Called back and asked for manager and a different man got on the line and said the manager was gone until next month. Drive to the Butler Fairfield soooo much nicer and clean!!! This location should be removed from the Marriott chain.

I'm a platinum bonvoy member with a lifetime level, so we stay in many Marriotts. We've had much worse experiences than this one, and experienced zero problems. Its older style, but we felt it was mostly clean, and we felt the price reflected that and was reasonable. No insects of any kind, a very slight musty odor that we are used to being former Florida residents that you find in some bussinesses. We would return if our travels took us this way.

Stay away please! I really should have double checked the reviews on this one because our stay was just horrible & the rooms are VERY dirty. We arrived in town and asked for an early check in since we had to be at a baby shower by 3pm and wanted to leave our toddlers milk and perishable foods in the mini fridge, were charged a $20 fee, Lisa (short, rude indian lady) explained why, it was fine. We were given a room with a pretty bad damp/mold smell but we were only staying for a night so I wasn't bothered much by it. We leave and come back to the room around 10pm and our room was flooded with water sprayed all across the bathroom walls and door like if something had broken. The gentleman at the front desk gives us another room and tells us the same thing happened to the room next to ours. Seems like it had already happened before as well which explained the musty smell in the room.
The next morning my husband goes to the front desk for checkout and the same lady that had helped us check in (Lisa) starts accusing him of having broken the toilet causing the room to flood. After he explains to her that we got back from the party and the room was already flooded, she proceeds to ask him if we let our 2 year old daughter play with her toys in the bathroom which i find ridiculous because first who does that and second we weren't even at the hotel after dropping off our things in the room. My husband tells her to stop accusing him because we had nothing to do with it, to check the cameras and if he hadn't walked away she would've continued to yell all kinds of things at him. This behavior is completely unacceptable and the least she could've done was apologized over the inconvenience, luckily we hadn't unpacked our things or they would've been ruined and we still would've gotten yelled at. We've been Bonvoy members for over 2 years now and out of all of our stays i honestly can't imagine this happening to anyone at all after having such pleasant experiences with customer service at other Marriott hotels. Just horrible.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to, I've seen cleaner campgrounds. There appeared to be homeless people staying in the parking lot. This hotel was so bad we didnt even stay, we did not feel safe here. Possible pubic hair on the comforter. We went right back to the front desk. I was told they were sold out for the night and nothing could be done about it. They refused to refund our money. They charged two different credit cards for the same night. I'm still in the process of dealing with Marriott to get it refunded. Someone from the hotel called to harass my husband about this situation. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead of this hotel.

Thank you for your reviews, I'm searching for a hotel where no one speaks about roaches. But, in reading all of the nasty reviews there at Fairfield Inn I don't want to deal with this headache either. I thought I'd found they almost perfect hotel but as my visits continued I started to see roaches.

We stayed at this property a few years ago and it was fine.

This time, from the outside, it looked tired and run-down.

Extremely rude desk agent. He really should not be someone who works with the public, let alone in hospitality.

It turned out to be an extremely dirty hotel.

I was skeptical of the smell when we walked in. So, I asked to see the room beforehand, we were told we couldn't look for bedbugs. Say what

We didn't stay but I bet we'll be charged!

The hotel is not well-maintained. The worst was that the emergency exits would not open from the inside. I reported it to indifferent staff. They propped it open with a piece of bark mulch. Later that evening it was shut again. It could be opened from the outside with a key card, NOT from the inside. This is a FIRE CODE VIOLATION. ||Second, the weather was in the 50s outside, but the hall a/c was blasting FREEZING air in the hallways on all floors. Front desk guy was patronizing, he said that is a Marriott standard, and he apologized for the cold weather outside. What? Just turn off the A/C in the corridors. Front desk personnel would do NOTHING about it. A light bulb was broken in our room, I reported it around 6pm, was told that they couldn't get us another light bulb until the next day. What?||Breakfast guy made us uncomfortable, he stands around staring at people, seems unfriendly. Weekend breakfast service starts later, so if you want to hit the road early, you go without breakfast. I'll NEVER go back. We checked out Hampton Inn across the street--much nicer, hallways are not freezing, exit doors open, breakfast is better.
