NIce hotel, friendly staff and a very clean room! I I arrived and was promptly checked into my hotel room in less then 4 minutes. Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. When I got to my room the first thing I noticed was the comfort level of the bed when I laid in it. I did not want to get up to go to work. Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites Fort Smith for a great stay!

The front desk person was very nice and professional. If you want breakfast at a hotel, though, this is not the place. The breakfast consisted of packaged sausage and egg sandwich in a warming pot and packaged, instant oatmeal. The room was great, though, and quiet.

Positive: It was very clean. Negative: First of all, the king bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete! The breakfast offering was horrible! The selection for a hot breakfast left a lot to be desired! The front desk was always in the office & you couldn?t get waited on!

The staff was nice. The hotel was very clean and updated and felt safe. The breakfast had a good selection of food, healthy options along with savory and sweet. We felt very comfortable here and would stay again!

Great stop off for the night. Hotel was clean and well looked after. The hotel offered tea, Coffee and infused water 24 hours. Included was a hot breakfast as well. Definitely will stay again if I am in the area.

Military Veteran who stayed very recently at this Fairfield in Fort Smith. The outside temperatures were right at 100 degrees outside and when I checked in I went directly to my room after working all day. The temperature in the room was 77. I waited a few hours to see if lowering the thermostat would help and it did not. The room got up to 80 degrees. I called the desk and they came up and changed something on the thermostat and told me to call back in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes nothing it was still hot and uncomfortable especially for the price I was paying. They said they may have to move me to a double room which would have been ok but I waited as suggested to see if the temperature would come down. It DID not and then I was brought a fan to the room for the evening. I had a 3 day stay here so I was just a little upset over this. Not quite sure I was not comped that night. They did have it fixed by the time I got off work the next day which was a plus. The breakfast is heat and serve so if your looking for anything more.......it is just not there. I do not like leaving a bad review but really other than the cleanliness and location I would NOT stay here again.

Plenty of parking. Clean rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Even the carpet felt clean walking around barefoot. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for the airport and restaurants. Decent breakfast.

This hotel has changed dramatically over the past couple years. I don’t know if there are new owners or what. It used to be nice, clean and quiet. Now it’s starting to show its age. We stayed here over the June 29th weekend and it was OVER RUN with middle school age kids attending baseball games in the area. No parents in sight. Doors slamming until 1:30 in the morning, elevators always full of kids playing on the elevators, they would run up and down the halls all hours of the day. We got no sleep!! I spoke to the front desk and she just looked at me with a dumb look on her face and said “Oh I’m sorry”. The room had an odd smell like mold or something soured coming from the A/C unit. The trash cans out front beside the front door is ALWAYS overflowing with trash and the trash cans beside the elevators on each floor are ALWAYS full also. We won’t stay here again!!
