FACTORY OF TERROR HAUNTED HOUSE - Fall River, Massachusetts

I just posted this on TripAdvisor so just reposting my review here too. I (40) can’t say enough good things about the staff at Factory of Terror! This was our very first visit and my kids (age 8 and 10) first haunted house. My brother (43) joined us. All of us love Halloween on a broad scale of scares. We went the second day they opened due to the sale price, anticipated low crowds, and still daylight when entering and leaving. Also plan for nightmares just in case. From parking (extremely clear and guided by an attendant) to the amazing staff outside helping navigate and answer questions arrival was a breeze! I told both scares characters outside as well as the check in staff inside my oldest was scared but trying to be brave. They clearly explained the rules multiple times. No touching of cast or guest! If at any time you want to leave tell any employee even in costume and they will safely guide you out. But also absolutely no refunds (made clear also on the website too). We were well aware and fine with their clearly expressed terms.

The four of us after chatting and taking photos outside went in. The check in staff were great even explained again how they are just actors and how they were actors last year and this year helping out front. My oldest seemed okay though apprehensive. We went into the platform and heard the instructions again. We did not enter the factory scare rooms and he changed his mind and was shaking. They immediately helped us and brought us to the gift shop (also gave us the option to by pass it too). My brother and youngest went in.

We waited in the gift shop and the manager and shop attendants were so friendly and helpful to my oldest and two actors came over and even showed him their costumes!

My youngest and brother came out about 15 minutes later. They had a blast! My youngest can’t wait to do it again! Both were so chatting on the way home about the experience. We likely will go again in October!

The way everyone treated us both inside the house for the show and those of us who chickened out, was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them!

We enjoyed it but I didn’t think it was quite as good as the one at your other location that I have visited several times. A lot of great decorations but not as interactive in my opinion. Also the “smoke” inside was a little too much at times. But good job! Much better than anything in my area!! Keep up the good work!

Had a great time and experience was crazy. I hate clowns but this was fun!!! Your staff rocks! So friendly and dedicated to making a fun scary time!!!! Also reviewed you guys on Yelp. Nurse Batshit & Sundae! Love them!!!!!

My girlfriend and I went we had a great time and then we went a second time my girlfriend and I, her sister and husband. We had a super great time. The effects were phenomenal. The people worked. They were really cool thank you so much.

SO happy to visit Factor of Terror again; it's been years and you just keep getting better and better! The attention to detail is mind-blowing; every room has SO much to see and THEN the scare happens. LOVED our guide, "Sundae," she was the PERFECT guide and so much FUN!

We got to visit on the very last night of the season -- so not too crowded but we got the FULL EXPERIENCE.

We've missed you! Been a few years since we were visiting EVERY year and we will absolutely be back in 2025 and beyond!

Thank you to the staff and everyone working there -- also, THANK YOU for re-taking our picture when one of our group wasn't in it it; that was SO nice.

A PERFECT Halloween experience and your price is great!

Blurry photo but the clown in the orange hair suit working on 8/14/2024 was super nice and helpful when a young boy was with us who had no parents in sight. The young boy had a scared younger brother who refused to go in but the kid wanted to go in. The nice man in the construction costume up front watched the youngest while we let the other kid come with us. Orange hair clown helped the little ones reunite when i couldn’t figure out where to go with him!!! Shame on the parents for leaving these boys behind they were no older than maybe 11 years old and scared. Thank you to the nice clown and construction worker!!

Visited with my sisters this past weekend and loved it. It’s been a few years since I’ve been in an indoor haunted house and this delivered exactly what I wanted. It’s gritty, loud, lots of jump scares and just the right amount of fear and equal part fun. The clearly put a lot of effort into the scenery and I was pleasantly surprised that it lasted a good 20 minutes to get through. The actors are great and energetic. Please be proud of yourselves-this is a solid operation!
