My husband and I were supposed to have a wedding in Greece on October 1st, 2020 but because of the travel restrictions we weren’t able to go. We discussed postponing until 2021 but several weeks after our original wedding date passed, we made a last minute decision to elope on December 1st, 2020. I spoke with a few other planners but I didn’t feel confident they would meet our expectations and their portfolios didn’t really “wow” me either. When I came across Fable Style + Design, I couldn’t believe how beautiful their previous work was, their portfolio had the jaw dropping beauty I was looking for. I quickly reached out and I was so excited to hear they had my date available. When I spoke with Kenzie for the first time I instantly felt comfort and ease. I knew I could trust her and her team to create a memorable experience for us and that’s exactly what they did. Not only did they meet our expectations but they completely exceeded them.

During the entire process, I felt like I had a friend in Kenzie. She made everything so much fun and she knew what to say to calm me when I felt stressed. It felt like I had a maid of honor in addition to a planner + designer. Kenzie was hands on and worked around the clock sending me different ideas and options and made sure she understood my vision so that we were on the same page. Since our previous plans were canceled, we didn’t have the budget we would’ve likes but still she worked with us and figured out how to provide the most beautiful elopement all while staying within our means. Oh, and when we couldn’t find an officiant to hire, she even married us!

Our elopement was held in Telluride, Colorado at a cabin that was only accessible by a four mile snowmobile ride, a ride Kenzie took holding our cake off to the side, hardly able to hang on herself and still managed for that cake to arrive perfectly and beautifully intact. This is only one of many examples that I was so thankful she was our planner. There were so many details I didn’t consider when renting a remote cabin, but Kenzie, Travis and Sam planned for everything and forgot nothing. They remembered hand-warmers when we didn’t, they brought extra wine when we forgot it, they even stood outside in the 8° weather while we took photos; Travis held our coats inside his coat to keep ours warm, Sam took photos with our cell phones, Kenzie held my bouquet and fluffed my dress and let me say again, this was in 8° weather.

The kindness, the love and the above & beyond efforts that Kenzie, Travis and Sam put into our special day is truly impossible to put into words, in fact it brings tears to my eyes while trying to explain it. We are forever indebted to Fable Style + Design and endlessly thankful for these amazing people who we now consider to be lifelong friends.

I 110% recommend Fable Style + Design and cannot wait to have their help for our reception in the future!

I can't recommend Kenzie enough! With Fable Style+Design she creates unique elopement packages and takes care of everything. I still can't believe how smooth everything went. Although I know that Kenzie had a lot of work to do (due to some last-second changes), she always had a smile on her lips, was calm, and helped us in any way she could! Kenzie makes your dreams come true!

I worked alongside Kenzie (I was the photographer) & I want to emphasize the fact that I’ve never left a review for a coordinator/ planner/ stylist, etc. before so this should speak volumes on how much I loved working with her. As a photographer sometimes I come into a wedding day blind, or come in thinking I know the plan but there actually is a totally different plan. Kenzie was on top of everything the entire day & I had no doubt from the planning all the way to day of that the wedding would go smooth. The attention to detail she displayed was incredible. If you’re looking for a a sign to hire her for your wedding, here it is. If I could fly her across the country for all of the weddings I work, I would in a heart beat.
