I had an excellent experience working with Eric at EZ Car Registration. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful. Being fluent in both English and Spanish made the process seamless, especially given my somewhat ambiguous registration situation. Eric handled everything with patience and efficiency, and I truly appreciated his willingness to help every step of the way.

The entire process was impressively fast and completely painless. I also loved the modern, tech-savvy touches—being able to book through Calendly and pay with Apple Pay made things even easier. Eric’s tech integration shows a real understanding of customer convenience, and it’s clear he’s passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community in the area as well.

We needed to have our out-of-state registration and plates transferred to California. Instead of spending many frustrating hours at the DMV, we decided to go here and are very glad we did. We made an appointment online (not sure if that is required or not) and brought all the paperwork we needed with us including smog inspection. When we arrived, our wait was less than 10 minutes. The friendly guy who helped us was very efficient and we left with our new license plates and registration in 1/2 hour or less. Can’t beat that! There is an additional fee for the service, but we felt that it was worth it.

THE EASIEST AND FASTEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!! I needed to change my car registration and title over to California from a different state and the lines for the DMV wrapped around the building every time I tried to go. A friend recommended this service and man am I glad. Literally could not recommend it more. Was in and out in 10 minutes. They handled all the paperwork and submit it to the DMV themselves. 10/10!!

Superb service. Previously, I had spent about half a day attempting to get my out-of-state transaction accomplished at DMV and then AAA to no avail. Fortunately, I was referred to EZ Car Registration and with Eric's expert and knowledgeable assistance, the registration was accomplished in no time. He really knows the ins and outs of the process. I had my out of state vehicle verified and registered at EZ Car. The staff here was super nice and helpful. Getting the license plates was extremely easy and quick. He even helped me save some money which paid off their surcharge. I’m so glad that I didn’t need to go through the hours of waiting at the DMV for the third time. After spending a few hours at the DMV trying to deal with a slightly complicated out-of-state title transfer and coming away no closer to actually getting the title transferred, we luckily discovered EZ Car Registration Services.

The mobile VIN verification service was exactly what we needed, and Eric made scheduling and completing the verification super-easy.

On top of that, as we described our situation and what we needed to do, Eric said he'd do some research to confirm the forms we'd need and that we could call in later in the week to follow-up.

Exactly as he said, Eric helped us navigate the situation and identify the right forms we'd need to file, and coming to EZ Car to finish up the title transfer was fast and easy.

At every step of interacting with Eric and other EZ Car folks on the phone, they were friendly, courteous, patient, and *helpful*. I know the folks at the DMV are doing their best, but I can't say the same about my hours spent at the DMV. If I had known about EZ Car from the start I would have come here first, and will be back any time I need their services.

At first, I was suspect if it was really this easy. It is. Appointments and Walk-ins welcome. Made an appointment for 10:30am and was out before 11am. New license plates, registration and just received the title (can take up to 14 business days, I got mine in 8).

Just make sure you have all your car's documentation and smog check. Eric made it super easy and was a pleasure to work with. Yes, they do charge a fee plus DMV fees, but I would gladly do it again instead of going to the DMV. Highly recommend.
