Kyle is AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she is the one. She helped me every step of the way through a super stressful time. She was there to swoop in leading up to the wedding when everything was super over whelming. Kyle made sure every detail was taken care of so we could enjoy our special day. Her connections with vendors is also valuable and because of her, we found the best florist (Little Blooms Floral). She was extremely on top of everything and our weekend went extremely smooth. She thought of things I didn’t and before I could freak out, she was there to save the date. She is also someone you can confide in which was exactly what I needed throughout the entire process. I would recommend Kyle to anyone and will find ways to use her again and keep in touch. I absolutely love Kyle and know you will too!!

Kyle was suggested to us by our wedding venue as a day-of coordinator. Hiring Kyle was one of the best planning decisions we made for our wedding day. We had our party at an unconventional venue and as the date was approaching, we were starting to get overwhelmed by all the small tasks that had to happen day-of. We hired Kyle as a day of wedding coordinator. She was fantastic! She was clear in her communication and easy to get in touch with in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She did a great job confirming with all vendors and providing easy contact information. We created the majority of our wedding decorations and had some specific requests around centerpieces, floral petals, chair decorations, etc, and Kyle absolutely seamlessly nailed the set-up. She was very helpful at rehearsal and subsequently went with us to the venue to figure out the set-up needs. She put in hours of set-up and we did not hear any issues. We were able to arrive after the ceremony to a beautifully arranged ballroom. We gave Kyle creative liberty to design our our assorted desserts table and she hit a home run! Kyle was helpful keeping us on schedule throughout the wedding day and making sure vendors were where they needed to be when they needed to be. We were not contacted about any vendor or set up needs on the day of the wedding - Kyle did it all for us. Our only job was the enjoy it. Clean-up went perfectly - we simply arrived the next day and grabbed the neatly packaged boxes that we had given her for set up. Lastly, family dynamics were particularly challenging for us and Kyle handled the situation very tactfully making sure our wishes were honored and avoiding overburdening us. Kyle was easily the best investment in our wedding and simplified an already stressful weekend for us! Cannot recommend enough!

Kyle did an outstanding job as our day-of coordinator for our June 2024 wedding! She made sure our day ran smoothly and allowed us to fully enjoy our time with our guests without having to think about managing the event at all.

She helped create our timeline and coordinated vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, she did the setup and teardown on very tight schedules at two venues and did a great job keeping our events on track. We highly recommend Kyle as a planner and coordinator!

Kyle planned my bachelorette party weekend. I am usually a planner but I did not want to do anything for the bachelorette planning. She helped make the weekend stress free for me and I did not have to worry about anything! She had the house decorated beautifully with really fun decorations and gift bags. She also planned an amazing wine tour, activities for the day and a private chef to come for an incredibly special dinner experience.
