I will not stay there again! The hall carpet was dirty and stained. The hand towel had long black hair woven through the fabric. The lobby was dirty and stuff on the floor. The breakfast was tiny wrapped muffins packs of oatmeal. Coffee, no juices.
Will not recommend or stay there again.

Stay away from this place, found multiple roaches within hours of checking in. I should have read the 1 star reviews, I’m not the only one.

The most disappointing thing is just that I was not told before using the room. A guest should be advised if they’re actively trying to address an issue. There was a strong chemical smell so it makes me believe they knew about this issue.

I really hate to leave this type of review but others have a right to know

Roaches EVERYWHERE. This was the worst experience ever. Very disappointed in the entire establishment as a whole. I’ve researched ESA’s worldwide after seeing this place and discovered they have some of the worst reporting and reviews ever.

Unfortunately management seems to not be aware of the disgust and unprofessionalism.

Checked in with no issues..but got into room and roaches were running around everywhere, even on headboards of bed. Rust, mold, and dirt everywhere. I was literally afraid for our health. This place should be shut down and entire place bombed. Nothing was properly cleaned or maintained. Old disgusting and torn apart furniture. Broken remote. Stench all throughout hallways. Spills, stains, and bad smells all throughout hotel. There was only one staff member in the entire hotel at time of booking who told me he lived there. No housekeeping. Nothing. The place was overbooked so extremely packed. Parking lot dirty, full, and noisy. No organization and not an ounce of quality. It’s giving nightmare.

I had booked a reservation for 3 night loving my stay so far staff are great. The lady at the front desk name. Mary is wonderful. The hotel itself look nice the only thing bad about it it’s the carpet but other than that, it’s great. Will come back soon.

The service it's bad and I never been charge a deposit with extended stay in florida period. But this hotel was ok and wanted 100 deposit so I try to pay it cash cause I wanted my money back but they say it needs to be in a card,so now I have to way 3 to 5 days before they can release my deposit. This is why i will never come to this hotel.

STAY. AWAY. AT ALL COSTS.
All the floors are stained and coming apart, the furniture was sticky, and someone punched holes in the walls and never repaired. In fact, never cleaned. Reeks of mold. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE LIES! I immediately walked out of this hotel and threw my hotel key at the shut down front desk. I hope the city of Tampa shuts this place down for health code violations. The hotel is surrounded by shady and run down buildings too. It is NOT safe.

This was an emergency change in life and needed somewhere that’s safe for possible long term. Through the customer service of Diane, Derek, and Crystal we had a wonderful transition. Of course you get what you pay for but for locations this is the most well maintained location I’ve seen. On top of that they are all so helpful. I don’t have any issues with this location and definitely recommend here if you are in between homes and figuring out your next move. I’ve been here almost a week already with my girlfriend and we’ve been having such a peaceful time. Even the people staying here that we’ve met are nice and really respectful.

The microwave was not working properly, no turn table. No garbage can in the room. They advertise a fully equipped room but no kettle, coffee machine, dishes or silverware. We were only given two bath towels , no hand towel or kitchen towels. The WiFi did not work in the room but if we stepped into the hallway we got 2 bars.
