This is one of the closest things to home after hurricane Milton flooded out our trailer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I can still make my kids a hot meal. The staff is friendly and kind, especially Znae at the front desk, she has greeted us with a smile and welcoming attitude every time we walk through that door! We never feel like a bother or unwelcome, yall really don't know how much that means to us after all we been through. Thank you so much.

Do not stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place smelled terribly of marijuana as soon as I entered the building. The rear side door does not lock. Anyone can come in the building at any time. The door to my room wasn’t even locked when I got there. I had to push very hard to get the door to latch and then lock. The room itself was dirty. You could see your foot prints on the floor when you walked around. The refrigerator looked like they pulled it out of a dumpster and threw it in there. The bed had a perfume smell that I’m guessing they use to cover up some kind of smell. My eyes were watering and it was hard to breathe from the smell. I hardly slept at all. I’ve stayed in some bad areas, but this one is definitely the worst. The place should be condemned. I wish I took some photos of the place to post for this review. Spend a few dollars more and get a better hotel. If not, I’m sure the homeless people in the back have a cardboard box they can share with you. It would be a better option.

First I want to say that the carpet in the hallway was clean. As well as my room. However what was most impressive is the service that the young lady at the front desk Ms Zane her mannerism smile and courtesy was truly refreshing. Extended stay America on Fletcher : I can actually say you have a asset in Ms Zane she was pretty awesome.

McDonald’s from a previous guest in the fridge. No shampoo (though the desk clerk found me some samples in the office), no onsite hair dryer. Charged me a 100$ security deposit, though the room was already paid for. It was refunded a few days later.
Fridge had rusty patches on the outside.
Though the sign out front said “Extended Stay”, the desk clerk said it was now part of the “Select” chain of hotels. So the sign is misleading.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean.

Positive: It was clean and well-kept, but spare. The Wi-Fi worked fine. The heat was adequate. Negative: The room was meant for extended-stay, not overnight guests. Breakfast was not available! Accessories were scant (one small soap, no hair dryer, one trash bin, no extra blanket.) Possibly, longer-term guests would be better provided with such accessories?

She was super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I would have never know about the dummy crab restaurant if it wasn’t for her recommendations of restaurants .

All of it, everything everyone else says is true! RUN! We never thought to check reviews or had concern, we were booked here thru the American Cancer Society for treatment nearby. Even at free to us, we left, quickly. Felt uneasy just pulling around the parking lot; you see a women sitting in a lawn chair in the flower bed, the smell of weed when you then get out or the car, not to mention all the questionable cars in the lot, the kid sitting on the ac by the door smoking and looking rather unsavory.

Let's get inside the smell...a mix of everything and nothing good, the ONLY positive point to this entire property was that the young lady at the desk was pleasant. Now, the room-just old. Yes, the bed looked nicely made but, the entire room needed an upgrade a true cleaning. The kitchenette had nothing but empty cabinets, a plug that is a true safety hazard-see picture, ooze coming from the electrical panel. The closet "shelf" fell when a small bag was set on it. No coffee pot, no coffee up front, no ice machine.

As I am leaving to book our new hotel the local Sherriff's department is pulling in...

I could go on, this place does not feel safe in anyway. I left there sadden for the people who have no other option. I will be Extended Stay Corporate and American Cancer Society.
