During my recent stay at Extended Stay America I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Carole Taylor. She was always friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable and any issues that arose were promptly addressed by Carole. Overall I was very satisfied with the service at Extended Stay America and would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

The manager Will takes care of all your needs. Best customer service I've ever had. Always smiles and explains everything completely. You don't have to ask questions. We need more managers like this. I stayed here five years ago and didn't get this good service. If I did I would have stayed a little bit longer.

Was here for about a month and look I understand the cleaning every two weeks but at least actually clean when you do. When we walked in the room was already dirty ,the floor was left filthy, and we had to wear shoes in the room. The blinds caked in dust, and the kitchen hood didn't even work. At one point the they took the towels and sheets and didn't replace them, and then when I went to get replacements, I didn't even get all of them . It constantly smells musty, and when it doesn't, it smells like weed. The key cards constantly stopped working, even after removing it from any magnetic signals or other cards as told by staff. As for staff, I get having other duties but it seemed like they would always be hiding in the back and we had to use the guest service phone to get their attention multiple times.

A very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and a nice size for a hotel bathroom. The parking lot was clean. I know I use the word clean a lot but that is very important to me.

I only planned to stay a couple of weeks. Extended Stay Daphne, Alabama. But the convenience of the location is unbeatable! But do not expect the Ritz-Carlton. Yes. I've stayed at some of the best hotels in the world! I travelled extensively for my job. I was given per diem but would pay the difference to have a "vacation" while working. Well, now that I'm retired I want something simple, clean and safe! This is the Place! It's convenient to emergency room, a walk in clinic, fast food places, restaurants, Sam's Club, you name it! The staff here are awesome! If I didn't like it then why am I still here? LOL it's alot like home! I've downsized. And downsized! Just try it!

We have stayed here several times and its always a pleasure. The refrigerator are full size...2 burner stove . microwave....plenty of space for plates etc...full bar across for hanging clothes...big bathroom....but could use a few shelves in the bathroom for putting linens on...etc...the only downside is the windows are functioning and do open you are not allowed to access it all the way though.......they give you an inch or less.....the breeze on some days would be amazing with the window wide open.. (and yes it has a screen) and the staff is wonderful ?. They are all helpful and nice. Recommend to stay here if you ever get a chance.

I have been here since August, and have been here to see the turn around. It is very convent to businesses and my job I have. I have been pleased with maintenance, house keeping, front desk employees, never had an issue. If you need a place to stay this is it especially for long term use!!!! I have read reviews and were shocked. They do allow pets with a pet fee, I haven’t seen roaches but pest control does come frequently so maybe that’s why. I haven’t had anything stolen from my room. Yes you do carry out your own trash it is long term stay. This is just my experience…

If could rate this place a negative five star I would, never have I ever experienced a guest service check in and Tameka the guest services check in a the manager Will are absolutely horrible nasty individuals extremely distasteful. They are a disgrace to any existing business. The way they handle their customers are extremely rude and distasteful. The hotel says no dogs but there are dogs, and infested with roaches. They demand no extra guest on the premises an the guest an hotel workers have extra guest on the premises, the guest an workers leaves a rock at the two side doors because the key the hotel gives you stops working so your just out of luck if the key stop working. They smoke marijuana in the building you can smell it on the elevator an hallways. They are a contradiction to the rules that are printed. The beds are hard uncomfortable. Room services are none if you don’t do it. They don’t remove trash you have to walk it to the dumpster yourself. They steal your food an beverages out the room.
