Absolutely incredible service! Ashlyn was very sweet both over the phone and provided the absolute best service in person. She answered all of my questions with clarity and went over and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. I've been travelling to a lot of places and have stayed at many hotels, and this is the first time I have ever received such patience, guidance, and warmth. Thank you Ashlyn! My stay wouldn't have felt so welcome and super hospitable without you. I will definitely be coming back and making recommendations to my friends.

Comfortable rooms, decent location, and good value for money. It is close to restaurants, and Uber Eats delivery is easy to get. A special shout-out to Ashlyn at the front desk—she was great - seamless experience for check-in, extending stay, etc.

Staff are so lovely! Ashlyn was the best! Really big rooms and comfortable bed. They blinds are basically black out so I slept incredibly well. Each room has an ironing board and hair dryer which was great. Would recommend staying here for a family, couple or if you are alone.

I don’t get it. You get into the hotel business, but you don’t care about the user experience. Things seem old and in need of updating. Freezer is loud. Ice trays smell funny. The bed is saggy. The air unit for fan doesn’t work very well. Someone is playing loud bass at 2 am. People showing up to check in at 2 am. The wash rag has a make up stain on it. You get the picture. I paid 100 for this. I put 5 dollars in the vending machine and it just kept my money. The guy at the front desk was not helpful. The idea of getting a check for 5 dollars tells me that they’ve been running this scam for years. Just an extra way to make money and make you feel stupid for staying at this lousy, ghetto hotel. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer place and should’ve. Now I know not to stay at any of these, especially this one. After posting this I heard sirens. Saw a group of guys coming in with a case of beer at 2 am. Now it sounds like a party in the lot and in the room. Some girl laughing. Loud bass from a car. Don’t stay here.

Kristen and Ashlyn at the front desk were very nice and extremely professional. Rooms are decent, convenient and comfortable. Honestly I’m rarely in the room as SF has so much to explore. The staff make the property. We’ll definitely book again.

Both people I interacted with at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Hotel was generally clean, minus a few cosmetic hiccups which is to be expected from years of wear and tear. Definitely will stay there again. Very quiet for a Friday night which was great. Hands down the best extended stay I’ve stayed at.

- clean, good location, safe area , free parking
Cons:
- THIN WALLS!!! You can hear everything around you, Got a complaint from our upstairs neighbor for that our bathroom fan was too loud. Then another complaint from music from our Bluetooth speaker (which was NOT loud at all). Even the front desk mentioned there is an issue with the construction of the building

Overall wasn’t bad. Just be mindful of the noise issue
