Charise was SO helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable while planning our trip! We were able to sign up for excursions/tours that were perfect for our family and our kids ages that I'm fairly certain I wouldn't have found without her help. We had the best First Family Disney trip ever thanks to Charise! She went the extra mile and scored us great food reservations and gave us the scoop on the best days for each park. We successfully did all 4 parks with minimal waits in line! We stayed at All Star Music and staff was fantastic. Can't wait to plan our next trip with her asap!

I highly recommend Charise for your travel needs! She planned us an amazing adventure in Iceland that we'll never forget!! She provided us options in our planning but was able to give us guidance along the way, was forward thinking in needed flexibility (due to volcanic activity that had the potential to disrupt some plans), and then promptly communicated any last minute issues with the vendors for our tours. She patiently walked me through logistics when I had questions and did an excellent job communicating with me. Overall, she's just a pleasure to work with and is a highly skilled travel planner.
