Jill Polezoes was our rockstar elite travel agent. Our trip to Italy consisted of Rome Grand Hotel Palace, Florence Grand Hotel Bernini Palace, Siena Castel Monastero, Sorrento Hotel Corallo and back to Rome Spanish Steps Inn. Tours in Rome Vatican, Colosseum, Florence Art Galleries Michaelangelo and the David, Brunello and Chianti wineries, Island of Capri and Amalfi Coast from Postanio, Amalfi and Ravello. Incredible restaurants in Rome, Florence Ad Hoc, Castel Monastero La Cantina and La Contrada and Sorrento iL Buco. Had a couple of cool surprises along the way with a touring group of twenty four Ferraris staying a the Castel Monastero headed to Monaco for formula one race. Shout out to the drivers in the group letting us crash your party that night! Saw a beautiful wedding off our Sorrento Hotel Corallo balcony with fireworks with our coastal view of Capri in the background just magical. Can’t wait for Greece or the Switzerland Amsterdam region. My husband and I had a wonderful experience in Portugal thanks to Csilla and Global Voyages! We traveled end of June, 2022. We gave Csilla all the liberty to put together a 10 day trip for us and we did not regret it. She sent us to the most beautiful places, on some of the best tours we’ve ever been on, and made arrangements for us at the most amazing hotels!
We loved Pestana Alvor Praia Premium Beach & Golf Resort on the Algarve coast. The resort is in a great location, on a cliff top overlooking the ocean and the beautiful beach.
The food in Portugal is amazing, their seafood is exceptional, and the wine is delicious.
Csilla handled all of our request during our trip in a timely manner. We didn’t have to wait for any of the arranged transfers.
We highly recommend Csilla’s services! We’ve been on three European trips planned by her and can’t wait for the next one!

Shout out to Jill Polezoes for another awesome luxury European vacation! Our trip to Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete) for 9 of us was AMAZING overall! We had an issue with our first reservation in Athens, but Jill and the travel partners she works with went above and beyond to make everything perfect! The private transportation for all excursions and travel was impeccable! I will never drive myself in Europe again (as we did when she planned our Amalfi coast trip in 2019).

We have used Jill at Global Voyages for several years for planning many of our big vacations. Our last vacation to Africa this past August 2022 was absolutely amazing! We spent time in Victoria Falls, did some glamping on a safari in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe and finished our trip in breathtaking Cape Town. Originally planned in 2020, we had to re-book this trip a couple times and Jill and her suppliers in Africa were very helpful and accommodating with the re-arranging. They took care of all the details from flights to private transportation, activities, tours and hotel accommodations. Jill is very responsive and even arranged for fresh flowers, two birthday cakes at two of the hotels we stayed at and a private dinner one night because we were there over my birthday. Africa itself was like nothing we've ever experienced before! The people were so down to earth, gracious and friendly. The safari was a once in a lifetime experience! We saw lions, lion cubs, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas and so much more. Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities we've been to. It's laid back and casual, but it's vibrant, modern and diverse at the same time. We recommend going to Robben Island and checking out South African wine country. We are thoroughly pleased and extremely grateful for Jill at Global Voyages for assisting us in planning one of our bucket list vacations. We cannot recommend working with her enough. Thank you Jill! We can't wait for our next adventure!

Jill went into our initial meeting with multiple different hotel/resort options based on our initial island interest. She was responsive and able to change things on the fly as needed. She set up our flights, hotel, and rental car allowing for my wife and I to focus on planning our wedding. Jill was also familiar with the island through personal travel, so she utilized her experiences to enhance our trip and to make recommendations.
