I booked a jet ski for my birthday and I had fun at the Ortega location. Their signs where small but It was still easy to find with navigation. The front desk was very nice and my jet ski was in good condition and I overall had fun. Before my jet ski day, communication via phone was not good, as every time I called, no one answered the phone. Email communication with the owner was still slow but better. The owner was nice. I accidentally booked for the Amelia island location because it was a bit confusing choosing the location online but over all the booking process was easy.
The owner was good with switching my jet ski day without an issue. I confirmed my meeting location with the owner the day before the experience and he confirmed the address I sent was correct and said see you there at 11.
Unfortunately, when I arrive to that location, no one was there. I had to find the owner on instagram and DM him in order to find out if anyone would arrive, as I was about to leave, but the owner did respond. I booked for 11am, I arrived at 10:45, an employee arrived well after 11 am because he stated I booked for the Amelia Island Location, which I accidentally did, but I confirmed with the owner my arrival address the day before. I think the owner should have communicated better with the employee and let him know that I would be arriving to the Ortega location instead. I didn't sign my forms until 11:34, I had to pay $10 to take a 25 question test to get a temporary boat license (needed by law depending on your age) and didnt pull off on my jet ski until 12:16, so almost an hour 1/2 after arrival. Before I could ride, a group of maybe 6-7 people arrived in which the employee had to pull out all their kayaks and check them in, which was a lot of work. Unfortunately, the other person that was supposed to help him had not arrived yet so he had to do everything. This delayed my experience more, but I understood and waited patiently. My delay was a mix of my fault, their lack of communication, and a large group coming in after me. The front desk employee did offer me something for the long wait which was nice of him. I do wish the owner would have acknowledge me or said hello when I walked past him twice after my ride was done, but unfortunately, he didn't say anything. But it's fine, he may not have recognized me or known it was me that was inconvenienced earlier. Overall, I had a great time, just make sure you book the right location and verify the address before you go☺️

We spontaneously booked a one-hour jet ski rental, and it was fantastic! The booking process was seamless, and upon arrival, Tyler was incredibly helpful. Our instructor, Xavier, was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the jet ski operation to my son and guided us throughout our adventure. Xavier even captured some great photos and videos of us on the water. This was for my son’s 16th birthday, and both Tyler and Xavier made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this company!

What an amazing time I had with the love of my life!!!…. Our plan changed from riding a boat for 2 hours to riding over an hour on jet ski having so much fun. Our tour guide was such a blessing. He was accommodating and friendly. We booked a spot, but we were not in the right spot. Our tour guide had one opening, but limited and gave us an option. Let’s just say our experience was amazing. Five star all the way. I’m so grateful for his kindness and allowing us to have an awesome experience. This spot was at Amelia Island. Thank you a million times!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

I originally booked a one hour jet ski rental and came to find out they were closed. 1.) Why did they not take it off the website knowing that they’re closed. 2.) Why not have anything on the website about saying they’re closer. 3.) When I contacted them back about getting a refund, I found out I won’t be getting my money back. $130 down to he drain all because of a terrible business and don’t know how to manage stuff and communicate with people. Will be getting in touch with my bank to get the money back. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We we out with Rich in Amelia Island, had an amazing time. We hit some rain and had to sit a bit, but he shared so much of the history with us and really leaves it up to you in what you want to do. Definitely low key and well worth it.
