These women are absolutely fantastic to work with! As a bartending and photography company, we know how imperative it is to have coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our event was as silky as it could get!

Samantha and Brianna were a dream to work with when planning my small destination wedding in Florida. They guided me through every step of the process, and their kindness and sense of humor helped me keep it all in perspective when I got stressed. They worked tirelessly to find the best local vendors and establish a relationship with them. They captured the vibe that I wanted perfectly; every detail was stunning. The events (rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception) went flawlessly, no doubt because of their thorough planning and expert management the day of. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found this team--not only are they great at what they do, but they are really wonderful humans. Thanks, Sam and Bri. You will always have a special place in our hearts.

Overall would not recommend to anyone for a Wedding/Day of Event Coordinator. Really disappointed after reviewing all that took place when the wedding was over (ceremony errors, breakdown clean-up, send off, etc)

Pros:
Kind
Helped us find an amazing caterer
Met several times at venue when requested

Cons:
None of my candles were lit for my ceremony, I noticed when I was on stage. Samantha checked in with me about starting the wedding which we delayed to allow more guests to fill the room, but did not coordinate with the sound technician on when to start (my maid of honor had to go in the ceremony to tell them to start a video I made for my husband bc S& B were no where to be found).
Didn’t stay until the event was over. They left and did not say goodbye to the person that paid them for their services and who they had the contract with. Briana came to me quickly and said everything is packed in the car and my dad knows where the rest of the decor is and they are heading out.
Picked up my thank you favors before the wedding was over (several guests complained afterwards that they didn’t get a favor).
They did not set my arrangements as discussed in person and pictures were sent on how tables should be displayed. Table runners were going in different direction and our caterer jumped in and said the tables were not ok (my parents had to fix the tables and not able to enjoy cocktails hour).
Put my decor away with garbage (cups with liquid in it, empty wine bottle, soggy table clothes). Looks like they waded up the tablecloths up with anything that was left on tables.

I had a surprise wedding for my Wife 9/30/2022 and it was best experience I could have asked for with an event planner. Samantha and Brianna worked with me for months in secret to make the event amazing. They handled everything with me making minor decisions here and there. It was truly a dream wedding. Thank You‼️‼️

I was just in the wedding party for a wedding planned by Everyday Events and it was perfection! They were incredibly thoughtful, detail oriented, and kind. All of my interactions with them at the rehearsal and day-of were fabulous and I know the couple felt taken care of and stress-free. Would recommend these two to anyone and everyone!

Samantha proved to be an experienced day-of coordinator. She was organized and focused despite the usual mayhem that ensues when you have a large-sized wedding party for an outdoor wedding happening in a rain storm. The rain was not her fault (obviously), but because she was fantastic, we hardly noticed. I am so grateful for Everyday Events!
