This review is long overdue, but we just have to give a huge thank you to Stephanie and the entire Events Inspired team! We worked with Stephanie and Isabella for about six months leading up to our wedding, and from start to finish, they were absolutely incredible.

Since we weren’t local, we had a series of Zoom meetings and, when in town, some in-person coffee planning sessions. They were always on top of everything, making the planning process so much less stressful. On the wedding day, they worked their magic behind the scenes, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Their attention to detail, industry connections, and extensive experience meant that every aspect of our day ran seamlessly.

Beyond being amazing planners, they are also just the sweetest people. We truly loved every second of working with them and couldn’t recommend them more!

My wife and I are planners and tend to be well organized so we got the Day of Coordination package from Events Inspired. Despite coming on board a month before our wedding, Isabella jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Her calm, confident manner was also very helpful to have around in the planning stage as well as on wedding day. My wife and I were able to concentrate on our guests while she and her team took care of everything behind the scenes. We appreciated that she was also honest with us about the best way to implement our ideas while still being flexible to our unique way of doing things. I would strongly recommend Events Inspired!

If only I could put into words the sanity and assistance that Stephanie and Nicole brought to our wedding....From the initial phone call and meeting with Stephanie to meeting Nicole at the 8 week mark (we did the month of package), everything was perfect. Not only did both Nicole and Stephanie truly listen to what we wanted/cared about for our wedding, but they helped bring a lot of confusing things into perspective. We are SO happy we chose Events Inspired for our wedding coordination. We decided to do the month of planning package and from the second Stephanie stepped in, we felt so relieved! Highly Recommend! I am not sure I would have made it down the isle with a smile on my face without the help of Stephanie and her team from Events Inspired. We chose a 'blank canvas' venue (Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla) which required a lot of coordination between all the vendors, and Stephanie made the process seamless and enjoyable! She was the first one at the venue the day of the wedding, she set up, she met us at our getting ready rooms for last minute details, and was the last to leave the venue to make sure everthing was packed up and spotless. When we first hired Stephanie we received a package including a preferred vendor list and music & ceremony teamples. Many of our vendors were from the preferred vendor list, and we loved them all. Stephanie reviewed all our vendor contracts & helped with any questions we had. I can vouch that wedding planning can be very overwhelming, and having an expert like Stephanie is a game changer. We did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie even had drinks and passed apps waiting for us after photos. I can't say enough about Events Inspired. The cost is well worth the seamless day you will have!

Lindsay Stone was my wedding planner at Coaster on Harbor Island and the day went off flawlessly! I hired Events Inspired for the Month of planning as well as an additional concept meeting to solidify what I had already picked. My husband is Indian so we did a fusion wedding with a fun filled Barrat complete with an elephant themed golf cart. There was a lot to juggle but Lyndsay was wonderful and made sure the flowers were just right, the service was on time and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. I highly recommend Events Inspired to anyone considering wedding planning services.
