I can’t put into words how invaluable Julie was to planning and executing our dream wedding at Richwood on the River! Julie is so professional, always early, organized, kind, personable, and excited for you while you are planning your big day.

We hired her for month-of coordination, but she truly went above and beyond by answering questions/emails/calls prior to the month-of our wedding. She was available for all of our vendor meetings and even traveled a couple hours to our venue for our walk-through. She created our detailed timeline, communicated with all of our vendors, set up our ceremony/reception in coordination with other vendors, ran our rehearsal the night before, and collected all of our things at the end of the night and organized everything.

She made us feel so special and even set up food/champagne/cake in our room after the wedding. She thinks of every detail so you don’t have to and will speak up for you, if needed. Lastly, every single one of our vendors/bridal party members/family complimented us on Julie and said it was such a joy to work with her. She is truly so amazing at what she does, and we cannot recommend her enough!!!

We cannot even put into words how thankful and grateful we are for Julie. We hired her for our month of wedding planner but she went far above and beyond. She scheduled meetings and answered any questions from the very beginning. She coordinated final vendor meetings, traveled to Richwood on the River for our final walk through and made sure our entire wedding weekend went perfectly from the moment we arrived on Friday afternoon until we left on Sunday.
She made us feel so special the entire weekend and always checked in to make sure we were doing great and didn’t need anything.
We received so many compliments on how kind and amazing Julie was through the weekend from our wedding party and guest.
If you are on the fence about booking a wedding planner, do it, and go with Julie. She is the absolute best.

Julie is amazing. If you think you might not need a coordinator, just go ahead and save yourself a giant mental load and hire her. She was helpful from beginning to end, and will be your biggest advocate with the most grace. I will tell everyone who will listen to me about Julie and the need to hire her. We can't thank her enough for how smooth she made everything from vendor meetings, to rehearsal, to the actual wedding day. My entire family and new family told me how hard she worked and I couldn't agree more

Julie was our coordinator for my daughter’s wedding in October 2022. It was a large wedding and rehearsal dinner that required a good deal of planning and oversight.We so appreciated her knowledge, professionalism and reliability in every aspect of planning and managing the wedding day.She was the first to arrive and last to leave. Julie has a kind and calming nature that is so helpful for navigating the day and allowing the bride and family to enjoy without worrying .I highly recommend Julie for your wedding or any event!

Julie is incredible! She traveled to Austin, TX to help coordinate many wedding festivities as well as help with anything I needed on my wedding day. She went completely above and beyond and made it the most nonstressful weekend, which was the best thing I could've asked for from her. I would HIGHLY recommend Julie for any event/wedding coordination needs! She is kind, professional, decisive, honest, and knows what she's doing!

Julie was beyond wonderful to work with for my wedding. Trust me when I say it would not have happened without her! Julie planned our Wedding from 2019 to 2021 in which 200 guests attended. She put so much heart into planning every detail, reminded us of things we never thought about, never forgot a request, and truly made it feel so magical. The entire process was pretty stress free from my perspective, and she made planning such a big event, so fun! Coming from a girl who never really dreamed about her perfect wedding, Julie made me understand why so many women do! Chandler, my groom, and I are still talking about our best day ever and what a major part Julie played as not just a Wedding Planner but also a friend. We intend to continue our cake dates with or without an event to plan! On behalf of both of our families, we couldn’t recommend her enough, you truly won’t find anyone better!
