We had our annual Christmas party at the Dubsdread Country Club in early December, and it was amazing! They easily accommodated all 90 of us in the ballroom. The food, the venue, and the outstanding customer service made it a truly special event. We will be back next December!

The entire dubsdread team helped us create true wedding magic. From our first interactions arranging a venue tour, we knew this was the perfect place for us. David was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process smooth and seamless. Every time we set foot into the Historic Ballroom, we were met with such kindness and professionalism. The team truly knows how to personalize the experience and made us feel extremely at-ease during our planning.

Having the Dubsdread Catering team as the food and beverage vendor was a wonderful advantage during planning. There was no need to contact an additional vendor as everything was handled in-house. All allergies and dietary restrictions were taken seriously and delicious substitutions were provided - our vegan and vegetarian guests enjoyed so much more than just a plate of vegetables! The bar staff helped us create deliciously fun signature cocktails to help us include our fur babies in our special night!

Our butler for the evening was Bob, and he added an additional level of ease and enjoyment to our evening. He ensured that both bride & groom always had food, drinks, and everything in-between.
David and the entire team at Dubsdread provided such an upscale experience and left us happy and relaxed. From working with our coordinators to turning over the space with our decor, our vision was truly brought to life. We were easily guided through the night to stay on schedule, but there was no sense of chaos or urgency - it was just magic! We cannot thank the Dubsdread team enough!

We held a fundraiser event at Dubsdread last week. The catering staff, waitstaff, and management were incredible to work with. They were able to accommodate all of our needs, and then some! What an amazing venue and catering service. We had our daughters wedding the weekend after Hurricane Milton, you would never know we had a hurricane. The venue looked awesome! David, the day of coordinator, was so great. He is organized and reassuring. We were never worried about anything. He was flexible, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. Omar was the wedding couples private butler and he too was on top of everything. The food! Everyone raved about it! I would definitely recommend the prime rib and the crab cakes, those were a huge hit! The service during the reception was impeccable. The guests were amazed at how attentive they were. At end of the evening, the staff packed everything up and loaded the vehicle. We could not have been more impressed with the whole night!

I had the pleasure of working with Carissa and the fantastic catering team at Central Floridas award gala, and they absolutely delivered with their creative and delicious appetizers.

Two highlights of the evening were the Bruschetta with Crostini (served in a convenient plastic cup for easy enjoyment) and the Tuna Poke Nacho on a Wonton Crisp with spicy mayo and Asian slaw. 🍴

Carissa and the team provided exceptional service, ensuring everything was presented beautifully and served promptly.

Their attention to detail and commitment to making the evening special did not go unnoticed, and guests were raving about the food all night!
